  ordered at the outside window and they took 40 mins. in fact they were literally in the middle of cleaning bc they closed the shop inside the library and forgot about my order. i literally only ordered a blueberry bagel with cream cheese

  This place is an absolute shit show. I’ve came here twice after class. The first time I had to wait around 30mins in line for my bagel and then after the lady checked me out, I waited 30 more mins to get my final order. The second time I went was even worse. As always, I waited in a long line and then when I finally got to place my order, to get my bagel was another HOUR wait. I came at 11:am and left at 12:30pm for ONE SINGULAR BAGEL. I’m lucky I didn’t have another class to attend and I felt bad for the people that did. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s a shame that they only had two people working at the busiest time of the morning, and it’s an even more shame UTA tolerates the understaffment. When I finally got my bagel, the top bagel was so burnt that I cut my gums trying to chew it. When I told the staff to remake it he said “we’re out of brisket” but little did he know I could see the brisket tub in the back, he was just too lazy to remake it. The workers are comically lazy, especially the stud who was moving like there wasn’t a care in the world. She also forgot my hash brown, and I could tell the coffee I ordered was gonna be disgusting based on the color and it was so bitter. I forced myself to drink it due to me waiting a whole hr and 30mins. After this whole experience, I went to the Einstein Bros. Bagels in Grand Prairie and it’s SO MUCH BETTER‼️ I was able to place my order online to skip the line inside and it took less than 10 minutes to get my bagel. The location in Grand Prairie has way more options and their coffee is absolutely amazing. CALLING ALL UTA STUDENTS ‼️ please do not spend your precious time on campus time at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Go to the one in Grand Prairie. It’s only a 15 minute drive with way better service. MAVS UP 🤙🏾💙🧡

  Sh*t service, waited 30 minutes just for them to reheat my bagel. Don’t go here unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for a slice of bread.
