- LHL HJun 7, 20265.0Dutch Brothers!!!! There’s a different vibe there and I’ve questioned whether the staff members were taught to be at ease, vivacious, liberated, genuine and themselves. They appear to have woken up put on their comfortable clothes arrived at work, turned on their music and set the tone to now radiate positive energy to the customers, nothing seems scripted or practiced. Work is peaceful and enjoyable and fun when it is done in such a laid-back manner, I have never encountered such genuine Customer Service anywhere not even at Chick-fil-A or Starbucks (My Pleasure!) don’t get me wrong, Chick-fil-A is fantastic but it also sounds scripted and staged. However, each Dutch Brothers has a unique greeting that they use to greet their customers. It gives you the impression that you already know them as if they were your neighbor next door. Continue your fantastic efforts. I visited three separate locations and each one had the same genuine vibe. The location I visited this afternoon on 6/7/2027 is on Coopered in Arlington next to Walmart. Everything I have expressed in this review I told them as well. 🙏🏾 Have a blessed day.🙏🏾

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
