    I come to this Dutch fairly often and always have a good experience. Toby and Gia especially are awesome! The longest I’ve ever waited here was only 20 minutes with both lanes full and into the road whereas the other location by UTA I consistently wait 15+ minutes with only a few cars in front of me. Yall are great!

    I had gone on Tuesday, mind you, 20 minutes before closing. The girl who had on glasses at the window was rude. As soon as we pulled up she looked at us with a straight face, rude tone and asked “what can I get you?” In the most annoyed monotone voice. Girl. I understand you’re mad that you’re at work and you have to clean up before closing, trust me I know because I work retail and it can be annoying when customers come in before closing, but 20 minutes….? Babe please fix your attitude and you better believe I gave the attitude right back because you’re not about to disrespect my sister and I like that. The whole interaction was just filled with a stank face and rude tone. Respect goes both ways. Maybe find another job if you don’t like attending people.

    All the staff here is amazing ..they’re always open ears for whatever drinks you’d want ..the whole crew is awesome ..Kami always has great attitude I love coming here to see her !

    I usually don't go to this dutch bros location but the one time I did, I had gotten the wrong order. I had ordered the strawberry horchata chai latte but I'm 100% i had gotten the dulce de leche. The only way I had noticed was the way the colors were and the taste. The taste was far from horchata and the color of my drink was brown instead of pink. On top of that, I had asked for strawberry soft top and I had watched her just take a couple scoops off from my drink, remade a little bit of the strawberry soft top and then put it in my drink. I understand that it could have been rush hour but if I'm paying for a different soft top and a specific drink then I expect it to be what I'm paying for.
