    I come here often and never had an issue. There is a person this morning that wasn't friendly at all. Previously, this person accused me of not paying for my drink when I had paid cash to the other cashier.

    Honestly, I have not ordered anything outside of the coffee. Especially the Golden Eagle. As for atmosphere this spot has a drive thru. I haven't noticed if they have a walk up window. However, the Dutch Bros. on Cooper, near UTA, offers that option. Since, I cannot speak on the food products, I cannot rate them. However, I can say, the staff is very nice, fast and friendly.

    I just visited this location to get a drink for my boyfriends birthday and he was so kind to also get me something as well. On the app I ordered the cherry mocha freeze and customized so there was mocha , coconut, and caramel and regular soft top. My boyfriend brought back my drink to the car and it was just the mocha. There was no caramel, coconut, or regular soft top. I go myself to explain how I had it ordered and the girl working with brown hair states “well I’m the one who made it”. I was taken aback because I was just trying to explain how I was wanting my drink made. She remade it and it still had cherry inside. I can’t taste the coconut at all and very little caramel.

    I am genuinely taken aback by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced during my recent visit. As someone who purchases from Dutch Bros on a daily basis (primarily at the McKinney location), I have come to expect a consistently friendly and welcoming environment. During this visit, I made a simple, polite gesture by asking the employee how she was doing. I was abruptly told that I could skip that and proceed with my order. When I sought clarification—because the response was so unexpected—I was told again that she ‘genuinely doesn’t like’ being checked-In on. This interaction was not only dismissive, but also entirely inconsistent with the customer service standards that Dutch Bros promotes. Courtesy and basic professionalism should not be optional, especially in a customer-facing role. As a loyal, daily customer, this experience was disappointing enough to warrant formal feedback. I strongly encourage management to address this matter, as it reflects poorly on the brand and undermines the experience that regular customers have come to expect. I will be back later today to speak to a manager because there was no manager on sight during the interaction.

    UPDATE: Why are you replying to people's reviews with an automated bot message and directing us to a web page for feedback that does not have a place for feedback? The gaslighting is undeniable. And your inability to be authentic is mind-boggling. All show, no substance. Don't bother to order ahead using the mobile app with this location. They apparently overlook those orders (or they get lost? Don't care? Who knows?). Several times I have ordered using the app, walk up to the window and the order is not just not ready - they haven't even started making it! Yesterday, I arrived and my order was not ready. Cool. A lady who ordered at the window right when I got there got her order before I received mine. I finally received mine nearly 15 mins after the promised time on the app. When I asked questions about the ordering process, the girl at the window just looked at me with a complete blank stare. Where's the love, Dutch Bros? Where's the kindness? Certainly not with this chick at this location. I'll take my biz to Pantego.
