  During my visit to a Dutch Bros drive-thru, the employee displayed an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the start, acting as if taking our order was an inconvenience. Instead of providing basic customer service, she threw a straw toward me rather than handing it properly. The situation escalated when my friend paid and the employee threw the change onto the ground outside the window, then sarcastically said “oops, I didn’t mean to do that,” without offering any apology. She continued to behave in a petty and dismissive manner, including making a comment along the lines of “your little $10,” which came across as mocking and disrespectful. This conduct was unacceptable and far below basic customer service standards. At no point did the employee attempt to correct her behavior or show any accountability.

  The drinks are always great but there is no reason for a 10 car hold up every single time you go to the drive thru, it always takes 20+ minutes even if you have a online order, half the time nobody comes out to take orders and even if you go to the window they ignore you for a while

  Absolutely love the energy here! The staff is super friendly and the drinks are delicious, especially the cold brews. Just a little more seating would make it perfect for enjoying those amazing vibes!

  I love Dutch Bros. But my experience add this one was terrible. We waited in line 30 minutes and the car in front of us was not paying attention and two cars cut in front of them and the workers didn’t say anything, our drinks sat on the counter in the sun for who knows how long and we’re melted by the time we got to the window. We ordered freezes not to mention mine was wrong. Apparently, this location doesn’t know that you can brew decaf ahead of time and put it in the refrigerator for the day for those that want blended freezes with decaf coffee. As a pregnant woman, all I’ve been looking forward to all day was a blended freeze decaf hazelnut coffee, and I got lukewarm coffee with banana flavoring and no chocolate crunch. I went back to the location to re-request my drink, and it took them another 15 minutes, just to get around to my order and make it wrong again will not be returning to this location. But I guess this is what happens when you let 20 year olds run your operation.

  I can’t form a solid opinion on this specific location the drinks are always bomb but the workers are rude 9/10 times. I’ve only seen one employee be nice there. Today I got rude looks for asking for a drink carrier for six drinks.
