- BPBrittany PageMay 11, 20261.0STAY AWAY! RUDE, DISSSMISSIVE, THEY GET MAD IF you ask them you fix it. But today The lady cleared the entire left lane out for their orders, 6 ppl then took mine i said something because she ingored me and she said "oh well I guess pull behind them" of course the line goes as she put the orders in and im now 7. Smh she takes orders after me and they almost hit me because she told them they were in front of me. I go in. The man has nothing to say but do I want my drinks or not I proceed to ask why the services has been so horrible, rude and unprofessional he says "its something all dutch bros are doing" this is the 5 time ive had problems here and my 1st to say anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. As I walk out the man with glasses contuines to gossip about me with the customer behind me, i then notice he is giving her free drinks, for free food. He swaps drinks for free food with restaurants around i see clearly anyways He says "hey giiiiirl sorry been dealing with her for 10 min yuck" why are you speaking to a customer another? And why are you more worried about I stealing from dutch bros to feed yourself wing stop instead of doing your job. And then gossiping like a child with her When you let your worker ignore customers and then act like "idc want the drink or not, call and complain" It all made sence he is the problem and why this place has gone down hill. The one on berry st is far but so mu h better and your treated like a person not a bother. Can't even take the drinks back for my money cause they are so unprofessional they are going to tell the entire line sorry shes taking too much time we are backed up. How professional is it to ignore a customer and then gossip about about with the next customer. That was the icing on the cake. I used to love this location. Sad this is their standard now "all dutch bros, pick and choose what orders to take doesnt matter if your in line want your drink or not." Mantality RUN RUN RUN

The guy at the drive thru window, Moe, took the time to talk with me and asked how my morning was going. I had a rough start to my day, but his cheerful attitude and kindness really helped turn things around for me. Great customer service like that is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
