I’m so sad. This place has gone down hill. I am only going to give it one star because There is probably about 3-4 employees that are still left( The OGs) that are great. But Everyone else left and they hired new staff that has been there for at least a month. Gets drinks wrong every time. They are RUDE! I’ve never been treated the way they treat me now. I have been a loyal customer since they have open this location. The new manager is rude, unprofessional and just doesn’t give the “Dutch” vibes. She doesn’t want to get to know her customers especially her regulars. They also have a new employee I think her name is Brendan or Brenda. I’m not sure she is thin with blondish hair. She is rude too. She gossips and try’s to correct you on your order. I’ve been getting the same thing since day one. They also had a girl that works at the UTA location the other day. She was rude, disrespectful and gossip with that other girl about my drink. I asked what her name was and she told me I don’t have to give to give you that information. And started laughing at me. It is very unprofessional in there now. And the wait has been much longer now. It’s crazy! The older employees that are still there are great! Amazing! Very kind and they always make my drinks amazing. But I barely get to see them now cause there schedules are always different. HR or someone higher up needs to evaluate this location for sure. I am just so disappointed and sad. I will no longer go to this location. I will do my business else where.

I’ve been coming to this location since they open and I’ve seen a lot of people come and go and a lot of the people that are no longer. There were great hard workers. They were also super friendly. It’s so sad to see them go. Especially the old manager, the new manager is not friendly whatsoever doesn’t take the time to get to know customers specially the regular ones that come every day sometimes twice a day. Also, I believe her name is Brendan or Brenda Something similar to that with blonde hair, she is rude. She tries to correct me on my orders. When I’ve been getting the same drink for years. I’m gonna have to take my business elsewhere because this location does not make me feel welcome anymore

I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at this location. I came in simply wanting to purchase drinks for myself and my family, but instead I was met with rude, hostile, and deeply disrespectful treatment. A woman who identified herself as the manager and said her name was Kenley was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel targeted, humiliated, and unwelcome. During our interaction, her behavior and comments came across as discriminatory and disrespectful toward my religion, which was deeply offensive and upsetting. No customer should ever be made to feel harassed, judged, or singled out because of their beliefs.
When I asked to speak with a manager to address the situation, she informed me that she was the manager, leaving me with no way to escalate my concerns in the moment. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I felt dismissed and unheard. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed that someone in a leadership position would behave this way toward a customer.

Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
