It’s flavorful, well-cooked, and consistently good. Unfortunately, everything else—especially the service—is a major letdown. The staff is not friendly at all, and the overall attitude comes across as uninterested and unwelcoming. There’s little to no effort to provide a positive customer experience, and both of my visits have felt the same. It’s disappointing, especially for a place that sees so much traffic. Customer service should be a basic standard, not something that feels like an inconvenience. If it weren’t for the bacon, I wouldn’t return at all. I really hope management takes a closer look at the level of service being provided, because it significantly impacts the overall experience.
