  Couldn't even get our order right when we literally said what we needed multiple times and he confirmed it!!!

  This is my second time visiting Dunkin’, and at this point, the only reason I come back is for the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon—it’s honestly the one thing they get right. It’s flavorful, well-cooked, and consistently good. Unfortunately, everything else—especially the service—is a major letdown. The staff is not friendly at all, and the overall attitude comes across as uninterested and unwelcoming. There’s little to no effort to provide a positive customer experience, and both of my visits have felt the same. It’s disappointing, especially for a place that sees so much traffic. Customer service should be a basic standard, not something that feels like an inconvenience. If it weren’t for the bacon, I wouldn’t return at all. I really hope management takes a closer look at the level of service being provided, because it significantly impacts the overall experience.

  Sat at the drive-through for several minutes no one answered. I finally said hello. He said hold on never came back on. I waited. Five minutes finally came inside, but yet they got the next customer after me before I could even get inside and they pulled up to the window… when I came inside, three people had headphones on, but no one could answer the intercom just ridiculous. I’m the guy with the red hair has no customer service at all Aggravated look on his face and disrespectful. I understand about being busy, but it’s part of the job if you don’t like your job find Another one
