- KWKim WJun 28, 20261.0I placed an order for 2 breakfast sandwiches 2 drinks and donut holes. The woman taking my order was rude. Then i go to pay and the guy at the window tells me to pull up front they will bring the food out.27mins passed multiple people were in and out and I still had no order. I pulled around again and the guy say oh right sorry gives me my order. The drinks were clearly sitting my breakfast sandwiches were wrong.needless to say I don't recommend.
- HPHappy PersonJun 28, 20261.0This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.zero star I spoke with the current manager about the repeated delays in preparing orders and the fact that hot coffee is sometimes served only warm or even lukewarm. On top of that, the customer service is disappointing. The staff often seem stressed and irritated, and customers are not greeted with a smile, kindness, or respect. A coffee shop should provide friendly service and have orders ready quickly without unnecessary delays. Unfortunately, today’s visit was exactly the same. Nothing has changed. I asked if I could speak with the owner because I wanted to share my concerns directly, but that wasn’t possible. I sincerely hope the owner pays attention to how customers are being treated and takes steps to improve the service.

Whoever that Spanish lady is that opened this morning when I went through drive-thru around 5:10am has a nasty attitude and needs to be fired. Rudely popped off on me because she didn't add cream and sugar to my medium decaf coffee. She doesn't listen well at all when taking order at drive-thru. Tried to repeat my order back with a large coffee when I clearly said medium the first time and I answered yes to cream and sugar. And when I get to window, I get my order. Check it after she closes her window and see no cream and sugar. I motioned her to come to window and said she forgot cream and sugar and that's when she starts Rudely telling me I should've asked for it. I told I did and now she wants to go back and forth. Also, I she didn't give me my receipt. I want the tip back that I gave and I will be making a formal complaint. She needs to be fired.
