  Pretty upset, we never come to this location but it was on the way home so we figured we’d try it. Placed an online order - FIRST MISTAKE. Paid almost $60 to get the wrong order. The name on the bag was correct and sealed so I trusted them - SECOND MISTAKE. Get home and they placed the wrong order. We live about 20 mins away so again, this just happened to be on the way home this evening. I called and the guy gave me a condescending “sorry hun” and then stated there was nothing he could do other than me drive back up there or call a 1-800 number for a refund.. will NEVER come back

  They never pay attention on online orders. When I get double meat seems like its one portion or less. No to mention they always miss sides on my online order as well .they need better staff. Moved my foos around to see if my double protein was in there… lmao this is barely even one. Not to mention theres barely any guac . Sc, cheese lettuce this whole order was a mess .

  Worst chipotle bowl ever 😭😭 paid for double meat and the lady dropped half of the meat on both scoops, very stingy don’t recommend going to this location save your money and go to the one on Lamar and Collins

  Compared to my last visit to Chipotle in Virginia... I had written this establishment off... but I visit this one in Arlington, TX and they have regained a customer. This spot was/clean and the staff respectful and attentive...

  No. The steak was bland and gummy. By contrast, the hot sauce was overwhelmingly rancid, as though they decided to mix vinegar with food coloring and called it good. The staff acts as though they just stepped right off the Golgafrinchan B Ark. You walk in, they ignore you. You show them you've got cash on hand and they gaze at you stupidly like you've got a handful of worthless paper. It takes a miracle to get their attention, but once you have it you're on your way to such an awful dining experience you think you've stepped into an Anton Chekhov story. Oh! And get this: they don't even have a traditional drive through. Sure, you can speed on through to pick up your online order (if you can log in), but you can't order at the window. You must go inside, which you'll regret.
