- AKAva KeyJul 28, 20265.0Went to get some chipotle today, but I accidentally spilled my bowl on the floor when shaking it up. When telling the employees about it, they were understanding and considerate and even offered to remake my bowl. I’d especially like to shoutout Shamari (I’m sure I’m not spelling it correctly) as he was very helpful in this specific situation. The food was decent, very fresh, but the customer service is what really stood out to me. Thank you!

I also hear a girl who was working in the kitchen very loudly say “I’m not cooking anymore rice”. They did not have the cilantro rice on the line. I wanted a steak salad bowl, but the steak was gone. They were not apologetic about and the same girl who worked in the kitchen seemed to have a bad attitude and was very nonchalant.
