One time I ordered a kale salad and they gave me a house salad, another time I ordered the same salad and when I got home and open the bag, it was missing. Another time I ordered a sandwich with lettuce and tomato and when I open the bag: no tomato or lettuce. I think customer service have to improve. If it were just one or two times, I would not mind that much but it’s too many times.
