    I honestly don't understand the popularity of this place. I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in years and my recent experience has been awful. I saw online that a 20 piece grilled nugget contains about 63 grams of protein and I figured to stop by after the gym to get a post workout meal and I was extremely disappointed with a portion size. I paid a little over $15 for 20 pieces of leftovers. I never recall their nuggets being this tiny. They were very generous with the sauces because they gave me 11 of em for no reason whatsoever but they skimped on the chicken. I went up to the counter to double check if the portion size was normal and he agreed. Needless to say, I am never eating this goyslop ever again. I don't understand how people lineup for half an hour to get mid food. The parking lot design is also atrocious because all of the dine-in spots are in the way of the drive-thru so you'll be blocked in for a few minutes.

    Honestly I never go in I always do drive-thru. But I have switched to mobile drive-thru in that's so nice because I just ordered on my app and then just go pick it up..

    This chick fil a has fallen off we have issues with our order every time whether it’s them putting one sauce for 30 nuggets or getting the drinks all together do better.

    June 26, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, I visited your S. Cooper St. location today, a place I have been a loyal customer of for years without any issues until this experience. My son ordered Chick-fil-A, and everything was going smoothly until we reached the drive-thru window. At the window, an employee named Desarea assisted us. I asked if we could receive a clear salad container and even offered to pay for it. My request was quickly dismissed, and I was told I would need to purchase an entire salad instead. The response felt rude and dismissive, which was very disappointing given my previous experiences with your service. After leaving the location and arriving at our destination, we realized the fries were missing from our order. This required me to return to the restaurant and go back through traffic on S. Cooper Street, which was very inconvenient and frustrating. Since I had already been waiting in the drive-thru, instead of going through it again, I went inside to address the issue and request information regarding my experience. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at this location, especially considering my long history as a customer. Sincerely, Rosa

    Hi, I am the rich auntie , I went to the Cooper location, which is pretty far away from my nieces home and I come from out of town and I always get my nieces Chick-fil-A. The purpose of me geting them the kids meal is because it comes with a toy, as I got home I realized that none of their five kids meals had toys and if anybody knows about Chick-fil-A, they know that their kids meals are very expensive( $8 and up for a half of chicken tender/ cut into four pieces). and the main reason most people get the kids meals is for the toy, so I contacted the Cooper location, talk to a female manager and a manager by the name of Robert!! and they stated to me that they would not be able to replace my kids meals that I could come back and get the toy, !!!!!!!!what kind of sense does it make for me to drive all the way back there for just a toy , I should be replaced a brand new kids meal five kids meals Chick-fil-A as much money that this company has,,you will lose a customer over five kids meal. That’s an embarrassment and everybody needs to stand up and stop letting these companies run over us !!!!!!not giving us the proper food, not giving us hot fresh food and not giving us the proper service. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Chick-fil-A. I personally really always felt that Chick-fil-A was very rude. They don’t know how to take care of their customers and that’s why I always stuck with canes and guess what if this would of happen at Cane’s they would’ve definitely replaced everything and wouldn’t have said a word!!!!!! but they put me on hold with two different managers that were so cheap and want their bonus so bad that they would not replace my kids meals!!!!!! so needless to say Chick-fil-A has lost several customers because since I’m not going to Chick-fil-A, none of my family is going to Chick-fil-A. None of my friends are going to Chick-fil-A and you guys will learn about taking care of your customers. !!!!!!!!!
