Not to sound like a Karen, but for a place near the stadium and other attractions, I personally expect a better experience. Whether you order once you’re there or online, something will be wrong. If you expect a fork with your salad or mac and cheese, you’re not gonna get one. If you expect a straw for your drink; not getting one. If you ordered sauces, you’re not gonna get any in your bag. Even if you have any gluten intolerances, I’d avoid their gluten free buns as I have literally received a bun (in a sealed package) that had green mold. One time (on my very short lunch break and I ended up late back to my LOCAL job) I got a chicken sandwich that didn’t even have the chicken inside. Their solution was a refund that would take DAYS to hit my account, and not to just literally give me the piece of chicken. Only stop here if you’ve got time to double back and get your order done right a second time (IF they even feel like correcting it at the time). The employees do have some manners, but what’s the point if what you order isn’t what you get, and they don’t make it right?
Not a save place for the little kids in the playground. Today there was a boy who I believed was taller than 54” because he could not even stand straight on the second floor of the playground. There is clearly posted sign on the door that kids must be less than 54” to play. I was watching my 3 year old grandkid play and I was concerned because of how tall this boy was and because he was literally running around the smaller children. Then his behavior got worse when he started bullying little kids by not allowing them to use the slide. My first attempt was to find his parents and I asked the table next to mine, but they said he was not theirs. When the kid finally came down the slide I approached him and asked to let the other kids use the slide. All the suddenly the people who I’d spoken to claimed him and told him to keep doing what he was doing. I told her it was a safety issue and she replied that no one was crying, I replied not yet. I also told her that he was too tall for the playground and she said he still was a kid and wasn’t his fault that he was taller. I showed her the sign on the door and that it was a safety matter Then she told me to get the manager which I did. When the manager came over, he didn’t get to see boy. I told him the kid was hiding inside the playground but the manager said he looked the same height as any other kid. Then I asked him to please had the boy stand by the door to corroborate his height and he refused, He basically stated it was my responsibility to watch my kid and then left. The kid’s aunt did all the talking for the group (the mom was there too and a woman that look like a grandmother). I was very disappointed with the kids relatives. The Aunt who spoke up had been seating with her back to the playground, not watching the kids. I was very disappointed with the manager’s lack of response. If Chick fil-A is not going to enforce their own safety rules, then remove the sign and let parents know that letting kids enter the playground was at their own risk. If you identify a bully then get your kid out and let the bullies take it on.

Today I brought my son to Chick-fil-A. My family and I have been loyal customers for many years, which is why I was shocked and disgusted by what I found in my sandwich.
The lettuce had visible dirt and debris still attached to it, as if it had not been properly washed before being served
What disappointed me even more was the response from management. Instead of speaking with me directly or addressing my concerns, the manager chose not to come out and left the employee to handle the situation.
As a long-time customer, I expected better food quality and better customer service. Very disappointing experience.

This Chic Fil A location is the worst I have ordered from. There has never been a time that I haven’t ordered and left with all of my order. I always have to go back and get the rest of my order because someone is aways forgetting to put all of my order in the bag. On top of that, they act as if they don’t believe me. This has happened on my mobile orders and my orders taken inside at the counter. I actually ordered at the counter today thinking I was going get a better result but the same happened. Next time, I’ll just drive across town to the South Cooper St location because they are very accurate with the orders.

Today, may 28, i have a negative customer service from Kristen, i normally stared coming to this location about two months ago, six days of the week, after having a really bad experience at one of the locations close to my house, but today, it was not pleasant to come to your location, definitely today service reminds me the other location, careless, poor and inattentive. I being coming to this location because the great customer service i being receiving in the beginning, my order not the same depend o my wife of what she want to get, some time i order the number 1 combo or some time i order one coffee, or some time two coffees, most of the time i order Togo, and everyone is being so nice to me by providing 6 or 12 vanilla creamers for our coffee, they always ask me if I want them on the side or in my coffee, so i choose to have them on the side, so they take my order repeat it, charging me for order and i step on the side waiting for my order, ones they call my name, ones they have my order they always provide the 6 or 12 vanilla creamers in a bag ready to go, my two coffees with a Carrier coffee cups, but today was exactly the opposite, Kristen was not friendly, she provide me poor customer service and on top of this her attitude was arrogant, i would love from you guys to check your video cameras so you guys can see her face, she probably wont want to be there for the day, but again, train your team members with the details, do an extra mile to exceed guest or customers expectations, don’t let them to be a mediocre employee.
