  Order Pickup. More times than not there has been an error or a wait. At least my last 4 times. STEAK Greek Goddess except I modified it with lamb. With an added serving it. I was given a handful of “power greens” which was welted and old! That’s it. The price point in comparison to what I was served just add up. Pita chips, cold. I won’t return.

  CAVA is a great place to grab a quick and fresh meal. The food is always flavorful, the ingredients taste fresh, and there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Definitely recommend!

  Never coming here again during my lunch. I only get 30 min and I ordered about 5 min before my lunch but ended up waiting the whole 30 min for my food. I didn’t get to eat at all, and went back to work starving. That’s crazy !!! How long does it take to get some rice and steak on a bowl ? Never again ! Plus no utensils in the bag, I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea. Now I left my food in the car because I didn’t get to eat it, it’ll get all bad. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME !!

  I’m pretty disappointed with my pickup experience tonight. I placed my order through the app with an estimated pickup time of 9:15 PM, and at 9:08 I received a text saying it was ready. By the time I arrived, it was already around the original pickup time. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, and since the pickup shelf was empty, I stood off to the side waiting. Eventually, another employee approached me and asked for the name on my order. After I gave it to him, the employee working the line told him that she was working on my order. She didn’t speak directly to me, so I assumed the bowl she was currently making was mine and continued waiting. Instead, I watched her finish what she was doing, refill items on the line, go to the back, return, and then slowly bag pita chips while stopping to have a conversation with the other employee. At that point, I felt pretty ignored, especially since I had already received a notification that my food was ready. What really irritated me was what happened next: she picked up a closed bowl that had been sitting on the counter the entire time I was there, put it into the bag with the pita chips, added a fork, and handed it to me with a smile. So my bowl had apparently been ready and sitting there the entire time. I don’t mind waiting when an order genuinely isn’t finished, but this felt completely unnecessary. I was told my order was ready before I arrived, then left standing there under the impression it was still being made while my completed bowl was sitting a few feet away. I left feeling ignored and disappointed with the service. A little acknowledgment and urgency would have made this a completely different experience. UPDATE: To top it all off got home open the bowl and it’s not even made correctly! I requested Romain and brown rice somehow I got broccoli kale and Brussels sprouts…
