  My first time at this Cava location. Why is my bowl not filled to the top? For $17 I’m dissatisfied with this. I talk highly of Cava and my bowl is usually filled to the top. This is the Harissa Avocado bowl. This bowl looks sad and I’m sad too smh.

  I ordered falafel crunch and there is nothing in the bowl that I felt fresh , falafel is too cold and soggy, I ordered a pickup pita chips they are also too oily and cold .. I just feel very disappointed ,.iam not coming back to this location anymore

  I travel all over and this Cava tasted a little less seasoned. They only had one guy doing orders when I arrived the first day. I've been on multiple occasions and there usually a line.

  I went here around 8. the WORST customer service ever. i’ve never had this awful experience at any cava yet alone any restaurant. these coworkers were doing nothing but talking to one another, completely ignoring me, making fun of previous customers in front of me and i had paid for my food expecting to receive my bowl and pita chips but the guy at the cash register was just goofing around, continuing to talk to his coworker. food was great but if you don’t want to wait upmost 10 minutes for your food (when it’s NOT busy) then id recommend going someplace else.

  The food that I ordered is good, but the quantity I received is extremely. I called the clarify, and I was told by the manager that 1 tablespoon is their standard portion for toppings that you can choose. I got maybe 4-5 pieces of olives, hardly any tomatoes/ cucumbers. I am just really disappointed in what they think is acceptable. I will not be going back. I have other Mediterranean choices that are much more generous with their portions.
