I believe people go to Cava, not just for the food but for the experience. The food is healthy, the aesthetics are bright, and the music is upbeat so I expect the customer service to be good. The people on the line did not smile at all, mumbled when they spoke, seemed irritated that we were there. The food area had drippings of food all around the workspace. Half the dressings were out. I understand busy but there was a floater or a porter who could have been cleaning and replenishing while the line workers prepared orders (or they could do it themselves). Didn’t know how to give me my rewards points. Ice machine was dispensing no ice (I know, it needed to “build back up” but still). Sat inside to eat b/c of A/C but decided to eat outside b/c of the gnats. I’ve been to several Cava locations so, I know what to expect. Maybe this was just a bad day for them but, it was not a great experience for me as a paying customer.

Just picked up my order. I was initially alerted via text that it was ready at the pick up counter only to walk in and find the workers having a more important personal conversation. After one of the workers with long blonde braids and extremely long eyelashes began to make my order she was visibly upset after I had to correct her on specific requests I made during order placement. Im not sure what the issue with wanting my order correct especially if it was already paid for. Maybe she was upset about having to do her job that she applied to do but this was the first I have dealt with service this terrible at this location. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

Amira or how ever it is spelled doesn’t have a welcoming face under pressure and is easily annoyed so for the simple fact that I come to this location multiple times and have been greeted with the most friendliest staff members this was definitely a sight that I don’t feel welcomed at this location I asked for a manager because it was more sass than trying to understand that I order my food the same at all locations and I’ve never ran in to a issue for the simple fact I asked for a additional topping and offered to pay extra not like my orders don’t come out to 30+ dollars already and blankly being rude when I just wanted a second opinion everyone one else was fine but she need mannerisms class cause instead being polite it was more of a teenage moment

I love Cava but I can't lie...this Cava sucks. The service isn't that great. I can order online and 30 mins to an hour later my order is still not ready. AND they don't put the orders on the shelves. I mean if there is a reason for that please inform guests but it's different from other CAVA's I have been to for me to have to stand on the side and tell an employee what my name is. Seems chaotic. Because of the service, customers are annoyed and the vibes are just off in there. I hate that this for everyone involved. I would also like to note that this experience has been particularly around lunch rush (which chaos is somewhat expected during this time).

Mediocre food at best, with small proportions for the price. They barely gave any hummus or baba ganoush as sides. Each side costs about $4 and comes in a container the size of the little clear Chipotle condiment cups. The baba ganoush tastes watery and weak, as does the hummus. You barely get any pita. I couldn't taste the saffron in the rice. The meat was so salty that could not tell if it was what they said it was. The slaw was the same. The only thing I liked was the shug sauce. I paid more than Chipotle for less food, nasty bland salty food, and to be told that their drink station was down so I had to choose from either little apple juices, chocolate milk, or beer (I don't think the beer was really an option...they were watching me the whole time I selected one as well). You're better off going to a local mediterranean/middle eastern shop. The only reason I came to this place is because the place I wanted to go to (at 360 and Broad/England), that gives huge proportions of baba ganoush and hummus, was closed. Next time I'm in that situation I'll just go home and have some Buldak, which be much more preferable than this bull.
