Went for a low key Mother's Day lunch. Ordered salmon. Was told there was none made and it would take a 5 mins. Then at least 5 mins later was told there was no salmon and then told it would be 10 mins for the salmon. Then ordered water and was told they were out of water cups so we would have to pay for a drink to get water. 🙄. We did not do that. Thank God the food was good when we eventually got the salmon.

This has been on me & my gf’s bucket list for quite some time & we are so excited to say this has been one of the best experiences in fast food we have ever received. From being greeted when we walked in to such a patient, inviting, & warm environment. So clean & well kept & super friendly & patient crew!! Truly one to visit if you haven’t yet!

I usually frequent the location near 7th street in Fort Worth, but was in the Arlington area and decided to visit this location. I ordered the Steak + Harissa Bowl. I asked for the Saffron Basmati Rice and was not given a full scoop. I could still see the bottom of the container. I asked for just a little bit more rice and was told I would be charged for more rice. I declined. I then asked for roasted veggies, and was told I would be charged an extra charge. I have never been charged for roasted veggies, which costs an additional $3.25.
When I arrived at the register, the young lady was nice and explained that I should have been charged for additions (veggies) at the 7th street location which I had expressed to her I had never been charged for and I didnt get a full scoop of rice.
Probably won't be back at this location. What I have normally and consistently paid $16.50 for, cost me $21.27 after adding veggies and rice. How did I get charged for rice? The young lady thought I received additional rice so I asked for my rice.

I really do love this place so bad specially because si the only one around Arlington.
But today, Sunday may 3 I went in craving CAVA so bad and from the moment that this girl started to take my order she was serving me with a poor customer service, I asked her if I could try some meet to which she said no and I was like oh okay even though I had done it before. She started to THROW THINGS ON MY PLATE AS SHE WAS SERVING THEM.
Out of nowhere, she slammed my bowl in the bar, walked away get something to drink and left to the back without saying ANYTHING!!! I thought it was weird but whatever you know is Sunday I get it. After a couple minutes she comes back and ACCUSED ME of stealing a bracelet that she lost 1 month ago, mind you, I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS GIRL BEFORE. She asked when I go my bracelet and I told her that my Boyfriend give it to me 2 year ago and she told me that it was crazy because it look like hers. I told her that I didn’t know what she wanted me to do and she left. So I ended up leaving the restaurant because, what’s wrong with her, does she goes around her day looking at others girls bracelets and accusing them of stealing her things even if she don’t know them. She doesn’t deserves to work there. I hope she gets fired.

It seems like you’ll need to get some help in here. This store definitely all over the place the employees all over the place like you can’t hear they don’t move with any speed. Multiple items are out it need to be cleaned the music so loud you can’t even hear what the people serving the food are asking you. The dude had a glove on touched the pita chips, put it in the bag and then took the money on the register with the same glove zone and did the same to the next person. I don’t know if there was a manager owner shift, but he need to be out there getting us together cause it just looked like a bunch of chaos.
