  The lady today at the Arby’s location off Cooper, was rude and disrespectful and kept getting an attitude about taking our order. She kept glaring at us and took forever to get our food. If you don’t like your job, then don’t work there. I think everyone should have a friendly attitude.

  Used to frequent this location a lot over the years but over the last several months, food quality has reduced significantly, and when ordering delivery through the Arby's app this location has been very prone to messing up my order and my shakes aren't always delivered, which may half be on the driver but it definitely gets frustrating when it happens multiple times.

  I DoorDash this order my food was cold I asked for 5-6 arby sauce’s they sent 2 they never answer the phone horrible experience will not order again

  All the time, as a person trying to call the Arby's store, they never want to answer the phone. I wonder why. Is it because they don't know how to be polite on the phone? They don't know how to say their name. They don't know how to do anything, do they? What should I do? What's really going on? Please, brother, tell me what is magically going on with all stores that want to air their funky phones. It's just a simple call to answer, or just take the phone off the hook.

  Really nice guest experience!! My food was awesome!!
