  There are no words for how upset I am right now!! I ordered a French dip sandwich combo with a cherry turnover nothing special nothing hard they sent my order with the wrong receipt on top of That they COMPLETELY forgot my Auju juice for the sandwich! What makes it worse? Is you call the phone number? No one answers the phone and it just goes straight to a busy dial tone. I will be making a call to corporate tomorrow. I paid almost $30 Through Uber eats and they completely screwed my order up. I’m going up the chain on this one.

  THURSDAY APRIL 30TH 5PM Today my daughter picked up dinner from this Arby's We got 2 Bacon cheeseburgers and curly fries 🍟. The Burgers were built perfectly the fries were hot & crispy.Nice cool drinks and the cups were clean and not greasy . The staff were professional polite and engaging .Most importantly they had clean uniforms and pleasant personalities. This location has not disappointed me yet I maybe come a regular bc the staff is stellar .Thanks for a great Dinner !

  Every time I go here it is dirty and the people working are rude.When going through the drive thru you better check your order always something missing.

  The Service I received was 5 star all the way Friday night on Good Friday. The lady working the window was very professional spoken and in her appearance. From the drive through It was immaculate everything clean wiped down organized the floors the countertops and the drink station.I ordered the Deluxe fish combo with Natural lemonade .The sandwich was hot and dressed perfectly.Crispy fries and drink was cold and refreshing . It was after 9:30 pm food came out timely and served with courtesy. AFTER A LONG Day this was exactly what I needed .This was my 3rd visit to this location and each time it actually keeps getting better.Thank you so much to the staff for being excellent in service.It literally made my Day .
