  Don't order for pickup because they will not read the screen. You will get the basic sandwich with no changes that you requested. Even when you check the box telling them the sauce that you want, they will not put any in the bag and you will not know until you get home that you must eat a dry sandwich or just throw it in the trash. Open the bag in front of them and make them correct the order or be disappointed when you get home! Maybe the store should hire employees that know how to read! Do yourself a favor and just drive to another store if you want a correct order.

  The food is good and they've never gotten my order wrong. The restaurant has gender-neutral single-stall restrooms which is a big plus in the current political climate. Knocking off one star for the lack of a bike rack in the parking lot, especially when the location is well within biking range of the university.
