    Customer service is trash. I don’t know who worked the night shift on August 6, but she must hate her job very rude very impatient.

    Internet hype!?? The hype is real! I kept hearing how good Arby’s Philly Cheesesteak was, and it absolutely lived up to every bit of it. My wife and I both ordered the Half Pound Philly, and the kids got the regular. Everything was incredible. The bread was fresh, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite was spot on. The fries were hot and crispy, the restaurant was clean, and the service was fast. If you’ve been wondering whether the Philly Cheesesteak is worth trying, stop wondering. The hype is 100% deserved.
