  The male pharmacist is very rude and condescending, but the thin woman is very nice. I try not to go when he is there.

  It’s new. It’s clean. That’s all it has going for it. The prices are absolutely insane. The produce selection is extremely limited and the quality of what they do have is suspect. The employee shoppers for pickup orders are a menace showing zero courtesy to customers who actually show up. Do yourself a favor. Drive a few minutes to HEB or even Walmart.

  Why, OH WHY, does the fruit you sell here always look like crap?? I swear, no matter what kind of berry it is, they're always already rotten and over ripe. Worst fruit ive ever seen a store sell. I'd rather buy fruit from a gas station in a third world country. Its bad Tom Thumb. Do better. And let's not talk about how your prices are higher thank your competitors. Shame on you Tom Thumb. Charging higher prices for lower quality goods.

  We really appreciate this store. For thr last ten years we have had to either go to small neighborhood grocery that doesn’t have Greta food or drive thirty minute. The store was a present surprise. It’s much more elevated than the average Tom Thumb. The staff seems super happy to be there and helpful. I don’t usually shop at Tom Thumb but I will be shooing at this store! Welcome to the neighborhood!

  All employees seem genuinely helpful and happy from upper management down. I also want to say that the teenagers that work there are great teenagers. It is a very stark difference from the teenagers who go in the store to just cause trouble. Parents of teens working there should be proud.
