  This store is very dirty. For a newer store, it should be easy to keep clean. The parking lot had broken glass all over it. I will drive back to Trophy Club.

  Oh my goodness! I have to give a loud shout out to Debra in customer service! She has helped us in the self checkout area numerous times and she is amazing. She's helpful, knowledgeable and personable! We look for her every time we are in the store. She should be the role model when training new associates.

  The requirement to use the app to get any discounts, and then have an app that fails to function within the store is absolutely asinine. The prices shown should be what rings up at the register, no app needed. The app itself needs significant work to not be a dumpster fire. The frustration in having to work with the app just to get a decent price on something makes people just walk out of the store without buying anything.

  If you want to avoid the chaotic, high-traffic crowds of mega-centers or ultra-discount chains, Tom Thumb is where you go. The stores are generally well-lit, quiet, and highly organized, offering an introverted shopper’s paradise—especially during evening hours. The Bakery & Floral Departments: Historically one of Tom Thumb's strongest suits. Their floral departments feel like standalone local florists, and the bakery is highly regarded for custom cakes and fresh-baked breads. The Deli: A local favorite, particularly for their famous store-fried chicken and quick grab-and-go lunch options. The Pharmacy: Consistently highly rated by locals for its friendly, community-focused staff who often get to know regular customers by name.
