Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
The woman who waited on us, Joni I believe, had an attitude when we were giving her our order. Not my fault she didn't listen to our order. After that, we got our drinks and there were no napkins. I told her while she was serving condiments to other customers. She ignored me. We looked around and every table was dirty! This was around 2 pm, no lunch rush! The woman then went outside walking around the building. We cleaned our own table. The kitchen staff however was working their butts off! If she is still there, then yall are getting ripped off by your employee, because my granddaughter could do a better job! Good luck!

For 1 ever since whataburger got sold and is all around the USA and it just went way down hill
Food is horrible now
Service is worse
And now whataburger acts just like McDonalds and pulls 7 cars to the curbside pickup instead of just giving you the food
On top of all that every time I decide I’ll get some whataburger my order has been wrong
About 11-12 times in a row
Horrible place to go now when I grew up loving it

The fries and cinnamon roll we received were of sub par quality, which is disappointing considering Whataburger is pretty on point when it comes to the freshness of the food they serve. The person(tall Caucasian heavyset female who wore a ton of make up)at the drive thru window was very rude, which was not warranted. I’m visiting from San Antonio and for the most part, this isn’t a problem back home. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the service and quality of food that was served at the Aransas Pass location. PSA: you have been warned.

Waits can be over an hour with just a few people in the store. They service the drive through and let everyone in the resturant sit and wait

I placed an order of 3, #14 @ 3:40pm. About 5 more customers placed their orders. The other orders came before mine. I asked about mine. No one knew anything. They finally found mine on the rack for door dash.. they were just going to hand it to me. I said no. They were sitting for about 15 minutes. Do they made fresh ones. I asked for someone higher to speak to and Claudia ( mgr ). Told me in a sarcastic way, I told you it was going to take more time. All in all I was there almost 45 minutes. Worst service.
