Partnership isn’t treating people poorly Monica. I asked to speak with a manager and she said I am the manger, I asked to speak with the district manager and she said is the direct manager. I called the customer service number and the manager over this store is Nancy and the district manager is Roland. I don’t know why Monica doesn’t allow escalation on her poor customer service but I am leaving this review and making others aware. I will not return to this store. Do better HEB. Go to the Ingleside HEB. It’s very close and they care about their customers. The people are kind. This HEB needs better leadership.

I put it on today before we went to take pictures to make sure it fit and wore it to HEB in Aransas Pass for what was supposed to be a quick trip to pick up some milk and cokes. While we were getting the cokes a vendor slammed a case of red 7up on the pallet and the can exploded spraying my cream colored with red. I walked away because I didn’t want to yell at the man but slowly lost my composure I just started crying and couldn’t stop. Decided it would be best to go talk to customer service and though it seemed promising they were gonna help at first it quickly turned out not to be the case. Because I bought it a month ago I don’t have the original receipt, I can only bring it up on the target app to show the price. So HEB’s bright idea is for me to pay for a new dress and they give me store credit when I bring in that receipt. So basically I have to pay for TWO DRESSES because of their vendors mistake and in exchange I get store credit. I’m just going to try to get the red stains out because i find it ridiculous that im expected to double my loss. I’m very disappointed in this outcome and now just hope i can find another dress or get this one fixed before in time for my pictures before I give birth because I’m already 37 weeks pregnant.
