When I’m in check out, I see these mangers be soo rude to their employees, I feel so bad for them. I tried to tip the people that does baskets outside to reward them that they’re doing a great job, but they tell me this HEB doesn’t allow tipping? That’s so unnecessary. This HEB doesn’t even do those samples for different combinations of foods to sell, & no fresh seafood. Their bathroom is so small compared to all the other H-E-B’s, I’ve been to. They need more restroom stalls.

We received a text that our curbside order was ready. 45 mins later I’m calling to find out if a 45 minute wait is normal. She wouldn’t even let me talk & hung upon me. It’s hotter than heck out here. We had 2 dogs in the car. That’s why we ordered curbside. She was not only rude but acted very immature. She claimed to be a manager. I feel sorry for the young people that have to work under somebody like her. (That’s if she’s even a manager). I didn’t realize HEB hired incompetent & rude managers. My first time using curbside & I’ll never use it again.

Aransas pass doesn't have the greatest rep as it is but to allow this is why I won't go back in the store ever again .
- RLRoland LiraJun 5, 20261.0Been coming here for years every thing has been great until today when I came in to cash my check they didn't want to cash it because they said my name was misspelled when it clearly matches my driver's license they always cashed my check before and now they don't want to when I need my money I'm bearly financial struggling they don't care if I'm stranded on the side of the road with no gas no food or kicked out of my house because i can't pay my rent because they have their money while I'm struggling to come with mine
