  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Wingstop location, all thanks to Lidia. From the moment I walked in, her customer service was top-tier. Even though the shop was busy, she greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel like a priority.Lidia went above and beyond by being incredibly patient while I decided on flavors. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, even suggesting the perfect amount of seasoning for my fries and confirming my spice level for the wings. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and truly friendly, but Lidia handled everything with total professionalism. My order was spot on, hot, and ready right when she said it would be.If you’re stopping by the Anna Wingstop, definitely look for Lidia—she makes the experience 10 times better!

  I blame the leadership there, maybe counting registers at the expense of the customers waiting for food isn’t the best idea. What’s the point of a take out area if no one acknowledges you? So I go back to the main line, and she miscounts looks up to tell me she missed count and that’s what got her to acknowledge me.

  I love most wingstops I go to but specifically the hot honey rub nuggets and tenders, and here was just as amazing, but if I have to point out one specific thing, Mackaylah is an amazing employee and always makes me and my friends feel welcome every time we mysteriously appear

  The seasoned fries were great... but unfortunately thats about it. The wings were for the most part over cooked and hard. The flavor of the wings were very watered down... I think out of all 10 maybe two had a hint of flavor. Not likely to eat here again.

  I recently placed an order that included lemon pepper wings, boneless wings, three cheese fries, and a brownie, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Everything was absolutely 10/10—from the flavor and freshness of the food to the overall quality of the order. It’s clear that great care and consistency go into the preparation. I would also like to specifically recognize the manager. She is doing an exceptional job ensuring customers receive the best food without long wait times, while also keeping the team organized, efficient, and performing at a high level. That kind of leadership truly makes a difference. Please do not make any changes to the current management. The service and quality reflect strong leadership, and it shows in the customer experience. Thank you for providing such excellent service. I will definitely be returning.
