  Terrible Service at Wingstop Anna, TX! I waited 35 minutes for my food while customers who arrived AFTER me were served first. I had to complain TWICE just to get my order, despite plenty of employees working in the kitchen. Extremely poor organization, unprofessional service, and terrible management. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for food they’ve already paid for. Very disappointing! I definitely do not recommend this location!

  Absolutely Terrible Service! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Wingstop in Anna, TX! When I arrived, there were only two customers eating, so I expected a reasonable wait. Instead, I waited 35 minutes for my food, while people who arrived AFTER me received their orders and were already eating before I even got mine! I had to complain TWICE before they finally gave me my food. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were plenty of employees working in the kitchen, so there was absolutely no excuse for such poor organization and terrible service. They clearly weren’t paying attention to the order in which customers arrived, and nobody seemed concerned about the ridiculous waiting time. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and unacceptable customer service. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly ask for food I already paid for, especially when customers who arrived later are being served first. Terrible experience! This location seriously needs better management, organization, and customer service. I definitely would not recommend it!

  Adriennnnnnn boy oh boy yall need to give this man a raise baby I only order when he is here and Chloe my girl at the front know me and how I like my food fast friendly and delicious mmmmm mmmm good in the parking lot eating couldn't even make it home

  I’ve ordered food from here multiple times now and the food is good however, I asked for my wings extra wet as I like extra seasoning and sauce. every time I have ordered my wings have barely had any seasoning or sauce on them. Might start taking the extra few minutes to go down to the Wingstop in Melissa as they can follow instructions properly. It’s not that hard to put a little bit of extra sauce in every order that requests it. Also the lack of a coca-cola freestyle machine is a bit of a bummer.

  Waited a hr for my food when I ordered on the app 20 mins before arriving. Told the girl how to pronounce my name prior to her calling and she still choose to pronounce it wrong. Food was still cold that I don’t under stand.
