  Put in an online order, get there to pick up at the time the app said it would be ready, get told that they don’t have an order for me, after a few minutes of searching they haven’t even started it yet. Took another 20 minutes for food to finish. This part is my fault for not double checking but veggies were missing and asked for light seasoning on the fries unfortunately still way too much salt. And the chicken was less than desirable even after that long wait. Maybe it’s just opening month jitters but it’ll be a while before I try this spot again.

  Terrible service they take too long they spend it with the cell phone they look at the person as if they are shit because people get angry because they delay I do not recommend it if you are hungry or if you want a very slow fast food

  Couldn't enjoy the last bite of my wings because the ink on the paper colored my food green 🥲 super gross. Always a long wait here

  I barely got a welcome when I came in the store. I had to speak first. I ordered to go and when I got home there was hair in my food! A nice wavy brown strand. Please follow food safety guidelines that is so nasty. Between the Anna and Melissa location I don’t know who is worse!

  I was supposed to have 3 blue cheese got none i ordered a large ranch but instead was given some smallness with no telling me they were doing this. Also ordered wings extra crispy as well as fries to be well done some of the wings were but everything else wasnt when I called in she said I coukd get some blue cheese next time on them i was like well being that i paid for it wouldn't that still be on me she didnt understand that. At the very least offer something else on top of what the customer ordered. You messed up not me and gas is to much for me to go back and forth. Also I had to ask for my food even though I had been waiting I told ghe girl it had shown bagged and ready for like 5 to 10 min she said it wasnt then she looked at the Uber side and was like oh this one. This is probably why my food was soggy
