Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
This is best location, the manager actually cares about her clientele. Staff is pretty awesome too, Linda specifically.. always going above snd beyond for guests. Love her kindness and attention to detail. Wish all the locations used Anna as an example of what the Whataburger experience is all about. Overall a great location!

If I could give a zero, I would!!!
I am writing to formally complain about a highly disappointing experience my husband and I had at your Anna, Texas location on Saturday, August 15, around 12:00 PM.
Unfortunately, both the quality of our food and the overall restaurant environment were completely unacceptable. The following issues occurred during our visit:
- Unacceptable Food Quality: My original burger arrived completely covered in excessive amounts of ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. The amount of condiments was so excessive that the burger was unappetizing, and I immediately lost my appetite.
- Food-Handling/Cross-Contamination Concern: The kitchen agreed to remake the burger, but the replacement was brought out without cheese. An employee then attempted to take the burger—which I had already handled—back into the kitchen to add the cheese. I was uncomfortable with this due to the risk of cross-contamination and refused to have the burger taken back. Instead, I requested that a slice of cheese be provided on the side.
- Meal Was Ultimately Ruined: By the time the replacement burger was brought out, my side of onion rings was completely cold. At that point, the experience had become so frustrating that I ultimately left without eating my meal.
- Chaotic and Unprofessional Environment: The kitchen staff was extremely loud, with employees shouting to the point that it sounded as though an argument or fight was taking place. One employee that had on a grey shirt appeared visibly frustrated and rolled her eyes at another customer that had an issue as well. There also appeared to be a significant number of incorrect and poorly prepared orders coming from the kitchen, and other customers were commenting on the excessive noise level.
I do want to acknowledge that Talia, the young lady working the front register, provided good customer service and remained helpful. A manager also eventually stepped in and attempted to offer a resolution. However, by that point, the situation had already escalated to the point where the experience was no longer enjoyable.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter

Terrible location! Every time I order off doordash they always forget my condiments like the jalapeño ranch etc that cost $ it’s not much but I’m still paying so there for I should have my sauces ! Not only that it’s been a few times where I’d order and the food is just gross , I ordered a breakfast burger and the bacon was almost raw and chewy had to throw it away I’ve tried to give this location some grace but it gets to a point train the workers on READING the ticket that shows we ordered SAUCE stop giving me ketchup that I have at home 😐

I ordered online with Curbside pickup. After sitting outside for a few minutes, they came to tell me someone had stolen my order, as apparently the Curbside orders are left sitting on the same table that is for Doordash.
They agreed to remake my order. After a while they brought me a bag, and of course I assumed it was my order. When I arrived home, I noticed it was a completely wrong order of something I did not want and could not eat, meant for Doordash.
Of course I called the place and asked if they can refund or remake. Apparently they cannot do that for Curbside orders so they asked me to contact the corporate.... let's see if they can make it right.
Sorry Mariam, I did not want your Doordash order!
Update: Corporate gave me a refund. Happy now!
4 stars for food just because we had to throw away the hot honey chicken sandwiches.
