  Well it could be my lack of paying attention but Whataburger was the first fast food joint that I noticed that had a flag pole and proud to fly the US Flag and Texas. I thought that that's pretty neat. Their burgers are out of this world. I remember the first time I had WhataBurger it was when I had moved from Iowa to Texas and of course the first burger I wrestled with was the Triple Whataburger. Same story with Dairy Queens Triple Belt Buster. Man they weren't kidding when they said everything is bigger in Texas 😂

  Makayla (last name was kinda hard to spell 😰) was awesome sauce - Jess Yo… if i could marry a burger. Id marry this one. Im a big fatty and so you know the late night munchies are what keeps me living. Short story, i was playing fnaf on my computer and i noticed my gf was so cute and asleep…. So my next actions were to wake her up and tell her we’re getting whataburga even tho its 5:40 am. Let me say…. I was NOT disappointed. Whataburger is always open when you need it and this establishment specifically is HITTING the spot. The fries are hot and the burger is steaming, LOVE IT 10/10 - Aizaiah, Jess’ bf

  Stopped by here on my way to Oklahoma on 9/26/2026 @ about 8am. Walked in to employees yelling in the back and an angry customer waiting. After about 5 minutes, someone finally acknowledged us and took our order, apologizing saying she was short staffed. Should've left at this point, but without knowing the area this seemed to be the most convenient stop. I've been to several Whataburgers in DFW area with bad service but this Anna location is hands down the WORST! Employees act like they dont have time for your order. If they actually got orders right and less time fixing the orders then maybe their customer service would be better. My order was wrong. When I brought it up to their attention, I quickly got my order. Only to find out all they did was make a sausage and cheese taquito with a little egg in there. I was there about 45 minutes. I probably saw about 10 customers walk back in with their bag complaining about their order being wrong. Don't waste your time with this location.

  We frequent this particular Whataburger and it is usually staffed with friendly and knowledgeable staff and the turnaround is usually quick (for Whataburger standards). Tonight (a Sunday) was absolutely NOT any of those things!!!! Staff was grouchy and seemed to be arguing with each other. It appeared that the shift lead was not around (although I assume they were working in the back) and it took an extremely long time (even for Whataburger) to get our food. We have decided not to visit on a weekend again because it was such a disappointing experience. PS - it was about 50 degrees in there so be sure to bring your parka!

  Not only are they slower than molasses uphill in the winter time. Expect food to be cold, order to be inaccurate and then to possibly even charge you multiple times including for orders that are not yours and then refuse to give tou any proof of refund. My personal favorite ordering ahead on the app and still waiting 30 minute for your cold food. 30 minutes after the supposid time your order was ready. That whopping ther cars and a dozen employees must really be complicated.
