  Unfortunately, this is probably the worst Sonic location I’ve visited. There are a few really good employees during the late afternoon hours who deserve credit, but outside of that, you can expect to wait a LONG time for your food. The food itself is usually below average, and after waiting that long, it just isn’t worth it. I’ve actually left more than once after already paying because the wait became ridiculous. That should never be a normal experience at a fast-food restaurant. Anna is growing quickly, and places like this need to keep up. Sonic should be an easy, reliable stop — it really shouldn’t be this complicated to get decent food in a reasonable amount of time. The OWNER should step up or step out. There are some good employees here, but overall this location needs major improvement.

  Their card reader was down, and they were very understanding of me not having cash on me and still gave me my food. Very impressed!!!

  Sad to see a local franchise do so bad in all areas. The family has to drive to Anna for a great sonic experience.

  These guys need to chill out with the ice. A rt44 sweet tea oughta have more than 10-15 sips….even when ordered specifically EASY ice I get a lil sweet tea with a massive cup of ice. With the price of the drinks these days I don’t feel like it’s a lot to ask to just chill out on shoving the cup full of ice even when asked not to.
