  I was here for a door dash order and waited 10 mins till someone could help me the front counter was left unattended and the employee were more worried about charging there phone and the manager was in position instead of managing the team. there was another gentleman standing for 10 minutes waiting for a single burger and another lady who came in from the drive thru waited 20+ minutes and didn’t even receive all of her food.

  Crappiest service I've ever had. The people had no respect. They didn't call out order numbers and where letting other people still and take other peoples food. Waited a hour and never got any food and had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. All they are more worried about there numbers for corporate not the customer. They didn't even do anything to resolve the issue. They where also more worried about the delivery drivers orders than the customers that where inside.

  Ordered about 5 meals. Got everything out to me fast and right the first time.

  This place already had horrible wait times and service but was close and convenient. Now they don't have the $5 meal deal. You can go to the new Braums across the street and get way better service and food for only a little bit more.

  I never write reviews but I’m over this McDonalds. Absolutely the worst service ever. You have a mobile order but still wait 40 minutes for your order but you have to go in to get it. I will go to the McDonald’s in Melissa from now on.
