  Got spider in my take away package. And also missing most of items i asked to add. No guacamole after charging. No veggies. Just rice beans and chicken. Atleast should inform if they are not available. And even the sevice is very rude

  I had a very upsetting experience at this location today. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was told by a staff member(old woman in drive through ) that I’d have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for my order. What made it worse was that she then proceeded to help several other customers who came in after me while completely ignoring my presence. Her attitude was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. It felt like I was being singled out for poor treatment while everyone else received normal service. Extremely disappointed.I dont know who the owner is and of they are reviewing the reviews they should adress it if not no wonder why this store has 2.5 star rating.

  Food poisoning! I would not recommend this location, we will never be back! Upon receiving our food the burrito bowl had a strange smell. After a couple of bites it was apparent the bowl was rancid and immediate feeling of vomiting occurred. Called chipotle and spoke with shift manager Emma. She was kind and said sorry, but nothing to encourage our future business after such a terrible experience except call Uber Eats for a refund. A gift card or offer to remake food would have been reassuring that customer service is a priority at this location. It sickened me that these restaurants new policy is “tell me what you want”. How about you make it right regardless of an Uber eats refund. We will be sending food for third party testing. Thank God we only took a couple bites.

  ubered food and it came with no safety stickers just a wide open bag for anything to be put in my food or taken AND gave me queso instead of guacamole my large chip is barely filled AND they didn’t give me the beef barbacoa i paid extra for they gave me chicken

  The overall experience was disappointing. The staff came across as frustrated and uninterested while handling basic tasks. The dining area was poorly maintained, with puddles of water on the floor, unclean tables, and a drink machine that was only partially working, leaving ice and liquid spilled around it. On top of that, essential items like napkins and guacamole were completely unavailable.
