- RERuben EnriquezSep 4, 20261.0How far this place has fallen. 8:15 pm no cilantro white rice. Was told only day shift makes it but have plenty of brown and white. Dirty and rice all over the service area. If you didn't spill it every damn place you'd probably have some for dinner crowd. Nobody wipes after serving. No carnitas, no steak. I've opened one store in El Paso. Charge to much for the service they offer. Should have video this pig pin.

Would rather drive an hour away than return to this location. Also very sloppy food preparation. Went to a Mckinney location yesterday and had a wonderful staff interaction.
- DRDaniel RodrigueAug 25, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I ordered a regular bowl, but a new employee accidentally added two scoops without me requesting or realizing it. When I paid, I was charged for the extra portion, which I didn’t notice until after I had already left. I came back and politely explained what happened. The manager, Alisa, asked for the original bowl back and offered to remake it, which I was completely fine with. The problem was the way the situation was handled afterward. She was extremely rude and had an obvious attitude while remaking my order. She was tossing the food into the bowl carelessly and, from what I observed, intentionally gave me noticeably smaller portions. I wasn’t asking for anything extra or trying to get free food. I simply wanted the order I originally requested and to be charged correctly. Mistakes happen, especially with new employees, and I had no issue with that. What made this a bad experience was the manager’s attitude and the way I was treated for bringing up a legitimate mistake. Customer service matters, especially when the mistake wasn’t caused by the customer. I hope management addresses how situations like this are handled in the future.

- TTTJAug 18, 20265.0Ordered delivery, you guys absolutely nailed the food. It was the best we've had from this location by far. My only critique is the cilantro lime sauce was just a little on the runny side, but the spicy and verde flavor compensated for it by far. Thank you cooks and line staff for the great food tonight. It made the family happy.
