  Ms. Carmen is ahhhhmazing!!! This is a really great location. The food, service, atmosphere all feels like family. This location alone makes me believe in Whataburger again. Keep it up!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Whataburger deserves far more than 5 stars! From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, the service, food quality, and atmosphere were absolutely outstanding. First, I have to recognize Carmen. Her welcoming smile and positive attitude are the kind of things that keep customers coming back. She was the first face I saw when I walked in, and she greeted everyone who entered with genuine kindness. What impressed me even more was that she didn’t just stay behind the register. She took time to walk through the dining area, check on customers, and make sure everyone was enjoying their meals. Then she went right back to helping the next guest. Carmen is an amazing employee, and I’m thankful she was there to make my visit so pleasant. General Manager Lisa was another standout. She remained visible and engaged with both her customers and team throughout my visit. I noticed she knew many customers by name, which says a lot about the relationships she has built. She could have easily stayed in the office handling administrative work, but instead she chose to be present on the floor, supporting her team and interacting with guests. That kind of leadership creates a great culture, and it was evident throughout the restaurant. Natalie was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. When I was considering the new Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich, she took the time to give her honest recommendation and even shared how her boyfriend enjoys it with the mayo. She went above and beyond by allowing me to sample it so I could make the right choice. After I ordered, she made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and even ensured I received the fresh chicken patty I requested. Her attention to detail and customer care were greatly appreciated. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Justin at the fry station. He is the GOAT! During a busy lunch rush, he had complete control of his station. He was constantly dropping fresh baskets of chicken strips and fries, making sure customers weren’t waiting and that everything stayed fresh. What really stood out was how carefully he checked temperatures and monitored food quality. He took pride in his work, and it showed. Jose was another employee who caught my attention. He was moving back and forth between stations and assisting with DoorDash orders, all while maintaining a smile and greeting customers. Despite staying busy, he remained positive and professional, helping keep everything running smoothly. I also noticed Ivis, one of the cooks in the back. He came out to help coordinate and keep the flow of food moving efficiently, especially with the chicken strip orders. He handled everything professionally and played an important role in keeping the kitchen operating like a well-oiled machine. Overall, the entire team worked together seamlessly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a great customer experience. The food was fresh, the restaurant was welcoming, and the teamwork was incredible to watch. I’m truly thankful I stopped here for lunch because I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the outstanding hospitality. Thank you to Carmen, Lisa, Natalie, Justin, Jose, Ivis, and the entire team for providing one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and the entire visit reminded me what great customer service looks like. Keep up the amazing work!

  This has been an ongoing thing recently I don’t know what has changed in the last year but now all of a sudden my order is never getting right I ask for a extra side of gravy with my patty melt all the time only in the last year it has became 50-50 and I’m still paying for it on the receipt my wife likes her burgers plain and dry with just cheese I ask for that and get home and 70% of the time now it’s not what I asked for I asked for a #10 got a #11 the food overall is good still just the people working there I guess aren’t listening and paying attention don’t complain about working fast food when you literally choose that job it’s not hard to follow a receipt of what someone wants and to make it and hand it out this is getting annoying and might have to stop going I spend 30-40$ for my order to not even be right
