  This has historically been your pretty run of the mill Sonic but I think they recently cleaned house and hired a bunch of new people. 2 days in a row I had them make my pretty simple drink order incorrectly and then no one would take accountability for it. They did remake the drink and I appreciated that but I had to hear "did you make it" "no, no, no" and the only one that took any kind of responsibility or initiative was the girl in the drive through. Hopefully they get it together because I love an afternoon sonic drink.

  Be me. Hungry sleep deprived and did I mention hungry. Mobile order… check in. Get food leave. Realize you have wrong order. Turn around. Still missing a drink a footlong coney and fries. This is the second time something like this has happened. This sonic makes bay city look good.

  Eaten here 3 times in the last few months and every. Single. Time. They cannot get my order right. I always ask for a classic cheese burger NO CHEESE, pickles or ketchup with extra mayo. I cannot have cheese as it messes up my stomach. Other than TODAY ive had to send the order back to get it fixed. I went into my meal today with absolute hope and gratitude that my burger was finally perfect and then....I took a sip of my Dr. Pepper. Spoiler alert It was NOT Dr. Pepper it was Pepsi and I was so happy about my burger I had already drove off thinking finally!! So yeah. I'm done with sonic at this point. Used to be my favorite burger to get but ig I have to find somewhere else.
