  This store was amazing when it opened but has gone downhill so rapidly. Corporate needs to intervene before it ends up like the Lowe’s down the road. The staff are blatantly rude and customers are not a priority at the Andrews United Supermarket. Quality control is nonexistent with products expired and visible spoilage on much of the produce. Please salvage this store! It’s hard to come back after retailers earn a bad reputation in a small town. This store needs prompt oversight and improved supervision.

  I just picked up my order and the way my groceries were bagged and put in the car was not the best. The bags were just thrown in the car and the Parmesan chicken was thrown in on its side the milk rolling around in the back of the car. The naan bread was squished by the bananas because it was in the same bag. Also. The lady that brought it to the car was not friendly at all and did not speak after my daughter said hello multiple times and even asked why she didn’t say hello back. I was very surprised because usually it is a better experience.

  For it being a new grocery store. They are keeping pace with good ol Lowes. Expired stuff all over the place. Looks like i will continue to go to HEB. Sucks cause its so close.

  Everyone coming in and out is so happy and the employees are so happy and helpful and friendly and they have literally everything you could need or want literally my new happy place

  Love the store and all they have to offer. Tried the deli for first time last week. That needs some work. Flavors were bland and some of the chicken tasted like it had been there a while. I hope they pull it together because I really like the rest of the store.
