  This used to be good location now they ignore the customers and intentionally run off business. Staff are too busy flirting with one another to do any work.

  used to love sonic but I don’t know what the hell has happened lately. Got there clicked the red button waited over 30 minutes just for them to take other people’s orders then when it came to my order and I said something about it cashier was rude.

  Every time you order mozzarella sticks you don’t get the marinaras sauce from your order! I had 3 on my cart and 3 was on my receipt. Tell me why I only get 2? Don’t bother calling or asking either because they will charge you! Even when online you are getting them for free! The customer service is horrible too when you text they are no help at all! I will not be going to Sonic again! From drinks tasting awful getting a full cup of ice when you order easy to shorting you in your free condiments. Thank you I will order order elsewhere. Also when you order online the time they say your drink will be ready isn’t correct. I’ve waited 15 extra min on 3 drinks!! Over all this place needs to get things sorted.

  Went there to pick up a door dash, we waited so long had to unassign the order without pay. Staff would not answer the light when we called to check on the order.
