Says they’re open up at 5:30 on Sunday but no one’s here if you post your hours when you should be open should be there been an hour and a half of waiting just to see if they would open the doors about 40 vehicles already passed through to get coffee

I understand Labor Day was a very busy rush of people wanting coffee. But at 4pm in the afternoon when the line had slowed down I come for coffee and you are rude to me with an attitude and just order coffee for me after I gave my phone number. I don’t appreciate that. Not once did 1 get asked what I wanted to order. I come to this facility almost daily but I’m very upset the way I was treated today. And you act like it was an inconvenience for me to walk up and order. My apologies my only transportation cannot us the drive thru!!

Always order ahead on the app and the midland locations can read and get it right when I ask LIGHT ICE but these kids at the Andrews locations always get it wrong. Shit last time I got an energy drink when I asked for a simple light ice lemonade. It’s always something wrong with this one and staff is so boring when it’s the girls. When guys are working they have energy and are super kind and helpful.

How come every time I go at 9pm or 9:30pm when y'all close at 11pm y'all can't do blended drinks, it's ridiculous it always highschooler working and y'all would rather be chit-chatting then doing your job
