Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- GFGlenda Fitzpatrick4 days ago1.0Employees acted as though they were put out having to wait on us-they are clearly unhappy with their jobs. It is freezing cold in there and if a customer mentions it, they say it’s too hot in the kitchen (customer comfort is not important). We will never go back.

- LLLillySep 17, 20261.0Went through the drive through. There was 1 car already pulled forward when I got to the window, and 1 car behind me. The manager taking payments and orders was quite dull in tone, not great customer service. No name tag, very unprofessional. And after paying I had to ask for my receipt, and was told to also pull forward. My ticket was started at 10:10a it had already been 6 minutes. Then a vehicle behind me was also asked to pull forward and wait for food in a parking spot beside us. The manager came and handed her a bag of food first. And then went back inside. Came back out and tried handing her a shake. And I guess realized he handed her OUR order. And instead of getting it remade since he made us wait 8 mins he just walked around her car and handed it to us. No sorry, nothing. Just handed us the bag and scurried off as fast as he could. Jeremiah s is a disappointment.
