Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger.     I got a grub hub card as a gift and decided to order a chicken strip meal and 2 large fry’s and a large Diet Coke. It took this location an hour and a half to make this order for the driver. When I finally got the food, I only got the chicken strips and bread (no fries) with a small water. I decided just to go up to the location for the rest of my food. I ordered and didn’t mind paying for it, so I ordered the same meal. When I left I looked in the bag and I got 2 chicken strips, no bread, a small fry, and they gave me two wrong drinks before giving me the correct drink. They need to drug test their employees lol.

    Yesterday we waited in line after ordering for a long time and then he said I “think” these are diet drinks but I’m not sure. We are diabetic. Then he short changed us $10. I won’t be back as this is about 5 times I have had poor service and the hole in the pavement at the drive up is really bad

    They forgot half of my kids meal. We had two kids meals and they forgot the apple juices and cookies.

    From the time we ordered the food to the time we got it it was over an hour. They took long to answer through the drive thru and when we pulled up they were just talking and not doing anything. The food is way to expensive to be sitting for a long time while employees are doing nothing.

    Again, they love deleting reviews but here I am again, I order food from the drive through and it takes them over 20-30 minutes to bring out 2 burgers out, no lines, 2 people seated inside, they have you pull around in front of one of the doors, and you have to go inside after quiet some time to find out they forgot to start working on 1 of the burgers. Please close this store down or hire better managers.
