- CMcallie millerMay 29, 20261.0Every time I have used United for grocery pick up there has been an issue. I have experienced lengthy wait times when being the only one in the pick up area. I’ve been told my deli meat was missing and that I needed to “just request a refund” (they did end up going back into the store and getting it when I asked why I couldn’t just get the product I ordered and paid for) then this last time I got home and $35 worth of product was missing. I called and the girl said “oh yeah I see your bags right here” when I asked why I wasn’t given them during pick up she couldn’t give me an answer. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER IF YOU'RE GOING TO OFFER PICK UP

I stood there for 5 mins being ignored when someone finally walked up the counter i got no greeting just a cold blank stare. I said hello and smiled, nothing, everything was covered so I asked if they were open she said "yes since 6am" at that point im just over the rudeness so I say nevermind and walk away. Its not my fault you're working on a Sunday morning. Maybe be a little nicer.
