I had an order delivered last week that was totally incorrect, which is inconvenient but stuff happens. I called and spoke to someone that day and they told me a refund would be issued. I waited a few days because I know sometimes it takes a few days for a bank to issue a refund. So I went in store yesterday to speak to someone about the refund, and Shonnie was extremely apologetic and reassured me that she would get the issue handled quickly for me. After I left the store, she reached out to me to let me know that she was escalating the issue to her superior. The pending deposit in my banking app that I have been waiting for appeared today! I appreciate Shonnie making sure that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. 5 star customer guarantees i will continue to be a loyal customer!

Since it was a takeout order, we didnt discover this mistake until we got home so they couldn't fix it for him. The young gal taking our order was so soft spoken we could hardly hear her and needed to asked her several times to repeat herself. I tried an acai bowl with Nutella drizzle and absolutely loved it! I think I prefer the Soncy location over this one.

Called the soncy location and they said their kitchen is open up until closing. We arrived at the soncy location and the young lady was very sweet and helpful and did not act like she was bothered to make a food item.
