  I don’t want this to be considered a bad review therefore I gave 3 stars because I did not try anything or order anything so I did not get the full customer service experience. Maybe I caught the lm at closing due to the 4th of July but the menu looked very intriguing. It looked like they offer a ton of stuff was offered to go in and try samples. Thinking the samples I was gonna try was of a couple things on the menu, but all I was offered was stuff. I did not see on the menu., Which is totally fine. I just felt like They didn’t want to help me therefore I did not buy anything and just left, I have never been here so I did not know anything that they offer. I get that the business name is T but the menu verse only getting a cup of tea was not what I went in for so I probably will not go back. They were very friendly, but I think I caught them at closing. I come from many years in the customer service industry, and if the doors are open, and the lights are on, then you are fully open for business plus I was a first time customer.

  Haley I hope that’s how you spell her name, but she is such a joy. She is so happy. She has a welcoming smile. Me and my family have been moving for the past month From pretty much across town and I really just needed a smile and she gave so much kindness And positivity That she made this process so easy it usually is so overwhelming but she changed that for me with her great customer service and smile and I thank her so much for that and she is a great employee. I’m looking forward to seeing her some more!!!!

  Workers are rude and service is not good. My wife and I go to this store to refill our water bottles. The water bottles are 4 gallons and every time the workers are rude and argue that they are 5 gallons, Like we’re lying to save $.60. Additionally, they almost never offer to help carry the bottles to the car. This especially irritates me when I send my wife herself. 4 large water bottles are A lot for her to carry and Help is never offered. The staff should learn the basics of good customer service and how to judge volume. This store is also habitually understaffed. This location has two strikes, one more, and I will no longer be a customer.

  Flavor of Teas is Consistently Good. Points add up quickly and I was able to get Free Gallon of my Favorite Caffeine Free Blueberry flavored Tea. Drive through is Quick and Staff is Friendly. Highly Recommended ❤️❤️
