  We waited over 20 minutes for 4 bean burritos and a taco.... ended up getting a refund. Staff was unprofessional and the big lady at the counter kept gaslighting us and lying saying they were making it right now... I used to work at taco bell... it should've taken 2 minutes max for our order.

  Several times my orders have been incomplete or had next to nothing inside the burritos. I've tried reaching out to a manager several times but the phone number rings, beeps, and then after a moment or two of silence; disconnects. Today the cashier in the drive thru window was blatantly rude to me because I told him that I didn't want to round up and donate my change. Usually I do but this time I opted out and was treated poorly for it. He chastised me and was like, oh you can't donate your change?! I work for my money and it is up to me what I chose to do with it and this guy was the definition of poor customer service. He was rude when I got to the window and gave an attitude the whole time. I went around 2:15 incase any supervisors are looking into who was at the window. Again, terrible. Next time I'll choose a different location to spend my money at.

  3/8/26 12:08am all me and my wife want is 2 cheesy Gordita crunches with some fire sauce and somehow they still managed to mess that up and I drove away got home to 1 cheesy gor crunch and a crunch wrap supreme and no sauce?? I know it’s 12am but damn this happens too often. I get it’s fast food, but if I screwed up like this consistently at my job in the trades it would be taken more seriously.. come on Taco Bell
