  Waited forever at a stall with no answer, had to go through drive through and when I got to the window, I was asked my order. Also alot of cars behind left without ordering because of the wait

  Waited 45 minutes for food cooked in old oil. Almost like they purposefully ignored my car!

  I ordered a large mozzarella stick and paid for a large but received a small. I don’t have time to turn back considering i have to get back to work. Not to mention the lady was absolutely rude and also lied about the ice-cream machine being broken although i could order ahead?

  Person taking the order didn't listen to what we were saying. Had to ask questions a couple of times about our order when it was clearly stated. Not sure if they are new or what...we didn't get any ketchup or napkins. Common sense would be to atleast give napkins when u have an order to go. If company policy states otherwise, yall should change it!
