  I ordered a large mozzarella stick and paid for a large but received a small. I don’t have time to turn back considering i have to get back to work. Not to mention the lady was absolutely rude and also lied about the ice-cream machine being broken although i could order ahead?

  Person taking the order didn't listen to what we were saying. Had to ask questions a couple of times about our order when it was clearly stated. Not sure if they are new or what...we didn't get any ketchup or napkins. Common sense would be to atleast give napkins when u have an order to go. If company policy states otherwise, yall should change it!

  Waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru and no one answered or even acknowledged we were there. They weren’t even busy , I am usually really patient but this is not the customer service you want especially for a “fast food” restaurant. Didn’t help that their employees kept looking out the drive thru window to see we were still there . A little communication would have helped but they didn’t even bother to acknowledge us.

  I came today and the service was really subpar. I tried to give her grace because it seemed like it was first day but she messed up my order several times and almost charged me extra. I wouldn't even care, but she SLAMMED her tray onto the hood of my car and there is now a paint chip down to the metal that I will have to pay to fix. If you eat here, go drive thru.
