  Went during lunch. Ordered my items and they asked if i needed mustard or ketchup, i said "yes, please" then they informed me of my total and had me pull to the window. Sat for a minute; no biggie its the lunch hour after 12pm and there were a few cars in spots. Eventually the manager (Im assuming) came to the window, informed me of the amount and I gave her exact cash. She handed me my Blast and my bag. I double checked the bag for my mustard/ketchup; it was missing :'( I waited at the window for someone to come back; eventually the manager did and I asked if I could please get a few packs of mustard and ketchup...she gave me a wry smirk and walked off without saying anything. She came back with 1 mustard and 1 ketchup. Ok funny I get it i guess, before I can say anything the window is shut in my face. Her and another work proceeded to ignore me for a couple minutes until another car pulled up. The manager opened the window and didn't say anything and just stared at me so I asked again if I could get a few mustard and ketchup, I have more than 1 item so 1 of each isnt enough. She rolled her eyes laughed and walked off, then came back with 2 full handfuls of sauce packets. I looked at her and told her I didnt need all of that and that reaction was not necessary. I grabbed a few more packets and she closed the window on me yet again. Yet another reminder why I avoid this place. Sad that its right by yhe high school, hope she isnt treating kids in this manner. Finally got back to work to start eating my food and one of my corn dogs is completely burnt. So much for my lunch!! Dont feel like calling up there to deal with the same horrible service already received, ill just take my losses.

  Huge shout out to Cheyenne. He was amazing and made our trip very special and to even made our dogs day as well. We will definitely be back because of this young lady she’s definitely a keeper. Thank you. Everything you did.

  The card reader at the car port I parked under wasn’t working. The employee said she would bring a machine out. 20 minutes later and my 32oz drink was finally “on its way” but Emerald must’ve been abducted somewhere between the front door and stall #19 because my drink never showed up. Hope she’s alright
