  Went for a bag of ice and sat in line for 15 minutes before the one car in front of me paid for their food and had someone take their card at the window… bumped my music until the manager came outside and tried to ask me to turn it down you and braums both suck

  Food is good. Service was rude and rushed. Gave multiple drinks through my window and did not offer to see if I needed a drink carrier when it was quite obvious I was the only one in the car. Atmosphere was bright and clean.

  The place is amazing, set up to take online orders. It's great—you pay them and you never get your order. But in case you get curious and inquire within, you get immediately yelled at and told to go outside and wait. It's perfect. I wanted a drink; it took 25 minutes for one drink. Good thing I didn't want food; I have to go to work in six hours.
