  The food was awful... and I'm just being honest... the bacon in my burrito was burnt to a crisp quite literally. The burrito itself was lacking. It wasn't much of a burrito to be honest. And the drinks were off also.

  Assistant manager Shelly needs to learn business skills if she's gonna be in a position of management and having to deal with people is part of her job if she can't communicate with customers get out of the management position

  We go to this sonic as we find the food and service at this location the most reliable and fresh, as well as its a bonus that it is close to us. We go regularly, multiple times a day even and the service has been fast, smooth, friendly, consistent, that is until recently. They have a new manager "shelly" in the morning who has been transferred to nights apparently it seems to be whichever shift she "shelley" is on service is slow if we receive our order at all ( multiple mornings we have gone in and ordered, checked in and waited the upwards of 15-25 minutes and had to leave without our order ), teammembers are grumpy, stressed and rushed, even our favorite girl who has really stuck it out with this location seems out of sorts and stuck in the weeds. None of the newer carghops greet us or talk to us, just hand us drinks and walk away either. Unfortunately not just us, multiple regulars at this point we've seen drive away with no orders, not been greeted, they were either in lanes before we arrived or were there when we left. we have put in disputes and complaints online to which have had only 1 reponse or refunds and when we complained in person we were told the gm was displeased and would handle this..to which we feel hasn't been handled well at all.. we have really had alot of faith and consistency from this location to all of a sudden be treated this way.

  Bad customer service I ordered drinks and they gave me the wrong size I wouldn't fix it

  I always get the 1/2 price drinks on the app. Was a good mix and fast, friendly service.
