  Got the worst chocolate peanut butter shake ever from this location. When I called they told me the peanut butter stays in clumps when it is low. This mess is not what I ordered. I shouldn't have to chew a shake!

  I came by at 8:30 pm to order 2 teas. I order over the app so I can get that discount. After a minute or so, a girl came out to tell me that they are out of tea for the night and then just walks back inside. Comes back out and asks me if I would like a refund. (Screams internally) YES. OBVIOUSLY. Then goes back inside and then comes back out to tell me that I will need to come by tomorrow to get my refund. I am shooketh. Basically the manager wasn't there to do it, nor could they tell the employee over the phone how to do it because I guess they're not capable of pushing those specific buttons. Such a dumb thing to not be able to accomplish, but whatever.

  I bought a cheeseburger with fries and a breakfast burrito about 5:45 on Tuesday the 18th. The order came unusually fast. I live right around the corner from Sonic so the food should have been nice and hot. WRONG. The food was barely warm. Not even hot enough to melt the cheese. The tator tots were so old I couldn't even chew them. I asked for NO jalapenos. The first bite I got a jalapenos. I took three more of my burrito. I got maybe three pieces of tomato. The fries had way too much salt and were cold. The burger was cold and had too much mayo and mustard. It felt sloppy. I used to love eating at Sonic but this trip has really soured me to ever going back. I have a limited income and don't eat out much. The way things are going in this world everyone is struggling to get by. It is just WRONG for people to have to pay for a service and not get what they paid for

  Ordered a number one cheeseburger with mustard mayonnaise no tomatoes Extra lettuce and extra onion they gave it to me with tomatoes no sauce and no lettuce or onions. They made me a new one…I didn’t check it because I figured it would be correct the second time around, got it home and it was a double cheeseburger no sauce at all very little lettuce very little onions no pickles. I walked up to the door and watched them make my burger, everyone’s hands looked extremely dirty in there and they were wiping their hands all over their shirts touching their faces and making food…. they did not wash hands one time. I am pretty grossed out. Very unsanitary. And not mention the concrete outside looks very greasy and gross. Curb appeal is terrible.
