  Everytime we come here we get the same teenage dude with the bad mustache and even more piss poor attitude. Every single time he brings the wrong order we politely correct him every time he brings back the correct order. Its none stop eye rolls and attitude ask for napkins or a carrier for drinks and he sighs and throws a fit. Maybe its the two tons of bracelets weighting him down. Used to be the best sonic in town significantly decreased in over all quality of service. Tried to call and issue this complaint was hung up on upon asking for management.

  How is this Sonic open?! Food was old tasting and my husband's milk shake was DISGUSTINGLY SOUR (Old tasting)!! Shut it down! Also, the employee brought only our drinks at first and had to leave and come back with our food! Never again. Not sure what a review will even do, but hopefully keep people away from here. 🤢 I currently feel sick from our venture there around 2pm.

  Normally this is one of the few Sonics that I still go to as their quality and service are good. Not tonight however. Can't speak to quality as I never ordered. Knowing they close at 11pm I pulled in to order around 10:40pm and no one ever took my order. When I approached the front doors to find contact info for a corporate office a young man opened the door and merely said, "What?" in a very rude and hateful tone. I will not be back as this is deplorable customer service.

  ordered an online order and she handed me half of my drinks and was like have a good day then i proceeded to say umm my other drinks and she ask me for the ticket back to look at the ticket and make ONLY ONE of my missing drinks and hands it to me, i said UMMM MY OTHER DRINK! she then gets the others drink i drive down the road a little bit open up my food bag and BOOM my tater tots aren’t in the bag!! why is it like pulling teeth with these fast food workers??
