  Disgusting customer service! Ordered a Dirty Dr Pepper and they gave me a regular. So I told the guy giving it to me that she probably didn’t hear me. So they redid the same drink that they brought out and now I’m not going to drink it of how bad it looks. They even charged me more to correct their own mistake by not listening first on what I ordered. Last time I go to this sonic!

  I dont care to go to sonic bc there food isn't always cooked and their specially drinks aren't made right you always have to tell them to add more. I cant stand their french fries, tater tot, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, you can taste how nasty there oil is that they use.

  Never willing to admit the mistakes they make on orders. Just happen to go to this one because its closest and more convenient one around when we do decide to make this our choice for drinks or food, the manager even came to the window and said no " I made it right " 8pm shift on 06/08/26 manager on site
