  When u place a order with slices cheese on your coney instead of shredded and it still comes out with shredded. Tots were cold drink was ok cheddar r peppers was Luke warm .

  Beyond crazy to wait 30 mins for 2 burgers and a chili dog then all the food just be thrown in the bag ! Not sure how to post pictures

  One day I will learn to check my order before leaving. Ordered a sonic footlong chili cheese dog. 2 diet dr peppers. Smash burger. Onion rings and cheese sticks. I had to ask For our drinks. Waited a bit before eating and when I opened the chili cheese dog, it was just tator tots, cheese and chili. No dog. No bun!! WTH. UGH

  Disgusting customer service! Ordered a Dirty Dr Pepper and they gave me a regular. So I told the guy giving it to me that she probably didn’t hear me. So they redid the same drink that they brought out and now I’m not going to drink it of how bad it looks. They even charged me more to correct their own mistake by not listening first on what I ordered. Last time I go to this sonic!
