  Service was excellent (Victor) was an extremely articulate waiter and was, quite honestly, one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Clean cut, knowledgeable, efficient, educated, well spoken, friendly - just a real pleasure to have as a waiter. My gut says he has a bright future!

  We have been coming to saltgrass since 2014. We’ve never had bad service! Tonight was exceptionally well with our server Will. The amazing thing about this restaurant is the atmosphere and the food. However, the really amazing thing about this restaurant is the service to detail! Thank you Saltgrass Amarillo for being consistent!!

  Loved the food, steaks were made to perfection they messed up our side but then made it right, the pasta was delicious but It has a lot of inedible items but its still worth it. The cheese fry app was good but all the potatoes were cut way to differently making some cooked way too much and some pieces not cooked all the way. Drinks were good, Loved that we got a buzz off it. The entry bread was delicious!

  We went tonight to celebrate Father's Day weekend, our server didn't to seem to know what she was doing, she hardly check on us, or anything, my sister food came out wrong,we had to ask another server to get it fixed. all the steaks,seafood and favorite item come with a salad or soup, my sister had gotten the chicken strip not was on the favorite item so it should have came with soup or salad n she tried tell us it didn't but it said it on the menu, we eventually got it. We first there n order a sweet two n an ultra instead got an unsweet tea n didn't get the ultra til we were almost done eating n when we asked bout the ultra because it was taking a hot min she didn't even know what we were talking bout n she never rang it in til we was pretty much done eating n ready to pay out, the only time she every really came around is when we asked for box n was paying out other wise she didn't come around, she didn't really know what she was doing we constantly had to ask for thing repeatedly n something we never got,dad had asked for a1 n got some kind of other sauce.she just wasnt a good server, the host was also rude. They server we had she had a black hair in a braid. And the host was a girl with black hair idk ethier of there names but very rude and unprofessional and unfriendly.

  After a long day of selling books at a local book fair, a good steak and a margarita were exactly what the doctor ordered. My cousin and I made our way to Saltgrass, and I have to say—the Amarillo location is hands-down wayyyyy better than the one in Lubbock. We both ordered sirloins, and they were cooked to perfection. When I asked for extra butter for my steak, our waiter brought not one, not two, but three servings. It may seem like a small thing, but it showed he was listening, and that meant a lot. The baked potato soup was delicious, my salad arrived exactly as ordered, and as always, that warm Saltgrass bread was impossible to resist. My Sangria Swirl was the perfect finishing touch. The only downside was that my drinks took a while to arrive—I had already begun my salad before they made it to the table. But honestly, that small delay was overshadowed by something much more meaningful. What made this meal truly special was watching my cousin enjoy her food. Since her home was badly damaged by the recent storms in the Amarillo area, she hasn't had much of an appetite. That evening, she ate nearly all of her steak, her entire baked potato and soup, and more than half the bread. Seeing her enjoy a meal and smile again warmed my heart more than I can express. For that reason alone, Saltgrass Amarillo will always hold a special place in my heart.
