  Not a good Saltgrass experience. I ordered my hamburger medium rare and got well done. We asked for military discount for both of us and he said that the manager would not allow him to put two on one check, even though we both have military, so we ask for two separate checks when the waiter brought our check first of all, he forgot to put the military discount second of all he brought the check with only one military discount on it. I said well we need to 2 checks and he refused to bring another check so not only was the food not great. The service was mediocre and the managers acknowledgment of a military discount was rude. We used to love Salt Grass

  Very disappointed tonight, we come often and this has been one of our favorites. Tonight it took a severe dive bomb. The table next to us wasn't happy either. Our food was cold when it finally came out and our steaks were NoT cooked to our liking.

  All around 5 star experience from food to service. The manager came over to introduce himself and make sure all was well, it was great. Kelvin even gave us a lift to our nearby hotel during a raging storm. I don’t know how to thank him enough for his kindness.

  I was very disgusted. I sat there waited for my food. Me and my wife then our food came out and it went to another table and then came to us cold steak cold vegetables. They took it back. Brought me another one but it was a smaller steak. I bought a 10 oz steak and then brought back at 8 oz. Steak still dry. Wasn't very good. Wasn't very happy. Probably will never go back $85 bill and didn't take nothing off the bill even though it was the kitchen's fault messing up

  I wish I could leave 10 Stars. This place is amazing the food is off the hook I don't have enough good things to say about this place. I wish I knew the young man's name but he had blonde hair he had to be the best waiter I've ever had. He was very on point checking and double checking to make sure everything was right. Not only did he ask us for boxes to go but he also put the food in our boxes. I had the salmon my wife had the sirloin steak with the brussel sprouts and the asparagus my grandson had a pizza with the cheese sticks. And I had to have the carrot cake for dessert. Everything we had was excellent I've been to many steakhouses and so far by far this has been the best. Not only was our waiter a shining star but I watched them all and they were all very good. Even the ones that weren't waiting on us asked us if everything was okay if we needed anything else. And they all dressed the part very well very good looking staff and very professional. I just wish I lived in Texas I would be here way more often. Trust me when I come back to Texas this will be the place I will definitely eat at.
