- LCLexi CoxJun 19, 20262.0The people were way nicer this time than the other two times I’ve gone but this was the smallest bowl I got, I got maybe two pieces of chicken that were both fatty, they forgot to give me any lettuce even tho I wanted extra, and I had maybe half a scoop of rice in my rice bean bowl , 😔 it was like all avacado and cheese. Plus woke up with the worst stomach pains. Sadly will not be going back.
- JBJackie BJun 16, 20262.0Honestly I’m really disappointed. We were visiting from out of state and hadn’t had QDOBA in years and were really excited. The staff was emotionless, borderline rude and got our order incorrect. My husband said a kids nacho, (watching it be made I did question the size but with not having been here in 10plus years wasn’t sure) so then of course we were charged for a regular size and when asked about the drink we asked “doesn’t the kids come with? They said well yeah the kids one?. When questioned about it they just stood there confused?? We paid the adult nachos and a drink. I just was really disappointed in the staff, even when we walked in I greeted the girl at the register with a “hello” 3 times and she literally just stared back at me. And the gentleman who took my order had no smile, nothing. I dare say this was the most unfriendly restaurant experience I’ve ever had to date in my lifetime. I’m really disappointed that we spent nearly $50 for that experience.

- EEE.Apr 14, 20261.0Went thru the drive thru, got rushed when telling them what I wanted, didnt even listen because I asked for the receipt and had the wrong stuff on it, told the girl about it she said ill remake it and was completely wrong again. Tried to call the store to speak to the manager got put on hold for about 15 minutes decided to hang up. I would not go here if you want you food correct.

I came in not too long before close and they were jam packed busy!! I was in no rush so I waited patiently for my order while the employees worked through chaos to get everyone served!! My name was happily called and I made my way home for dinner. Getting home I realized we were one burrito short. No problem I’ll head back up there only to realize that it was fifteen minutes past close. Despite this fact It was no issue for the employees. they welcomed me in made me a burrito out of whatever they had left and also offered me some free entree coupons to boot!! I’ll come back any day of the week based on their customer service alone!! Awesome group of people with manager Dave leading the way!!!
