- JEJared Esparza2 days ago3.0Dine in is great but highly recommend not carrying out. Waited almost 40 minutes for my order and they almost didn’t process my coupon on the bill either. Guy running the front was also rude with carry out people.

Would've been fine if they had let us choose a different pizza, but instead they just had us pick a different topping other than chicken to put on the BBQ pizza. And she also rushed us to pick a different topping, which is just bad customer service. I've worked in all types of customer service jobs and when I had to ask a customer to make a change to their order, I never rushed them. If it's that important that it needs to be quick, OFFER ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS to help move the process along! Such as letting us pick a different pizza! Also why on earth would we want a BBQ chicken pizza without the chicken?? The employee should've just let us change the whole pizza, even if we did have to pay a difference. Also, our order was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes but it just now arrived, so we had to wait for an hour instead of 30 minutes. So instead of helping your customer and offering solutions, you brought problems and then pressured us to make only the change that you wanted to provide instead of what would actually satisfy your customer.
