  This has to be the worse PJ location in the country!!!! Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza w garlic crust and they sent me a cold, sausage pizza ( I don't eat pork) I called and was hung up on twice and left on hold for 15 mins until someone picked up the line and hung it up again. Please hire some mature adults because playing with folks money is gonna get someone hurt! This is my 2nd time dealing with this at this location! Rude and ignorant to "Customer Service"....all I asked for was the right pizza or my money back!!! This is clearly sausage and its easy to tell its not fresh and hardly any cheese!!!! I took one bite !!!!!! Stay tuned.......

  Placed a order total was 31.89 pizza was horrible called back they didn’t give a name when they answered the phone they said nothing they can do called back today and the manager over there said because I didn’t have a name on who I talked to he couldn’t replace the pizza I even told him he can have the old one back because it was not eaten he still said nothing he can do waste of money will not order from here again horrible service and horrible pizza and delivery pizza arrived cold doughy and hard toppings never ate it I will report it to corporate if they have one

  Ordered New York crust extra cheese, light sauce. I paid for extra cheese but there was barely any cheese at all. It was cold, dry,and burnt. Basically got dry burnt bread. Since I didn't have any toppings except cheese, plus I paid for extra cheese, you would think they would put more cheese.There was hardly any cheese at all. If you want to pay $22 for some burnt dry bread with nothing on it,this is your place. WORST Papa John's I've ever eaten. Manager or whoever answers the phone doesn't care. Appears to be a theme with this location judging by the reviews.
