The pizza guys were so nice, and honestly, every employee we interacted with was friendly and helpful. And Erik in the game area deserves a special shoutout! He was so friendly and made sure we had a great experience. It’s not often you walk into a place where everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming, but the staff at Mr. Gatti’s really went above and beyond. They truly made our day! We’ll definitely be back. 🍕❤️👏

We didn't have a huge party either but that didn't make any difference to him. He was on top of this ENTIRE restaurant and genuinely pleasant and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend! Ps. I will complain in a split second if necessary but I believe in kudos where they are necessary as well.
