  Staff is quite rude. No one to welcome you in or to help if you have a question, staff just looks at you while you stand at the counter, and that's with the GM working the kitchen. The only redeeming thing about this place is the guy they have running orders out to the mobile pickups, he was friendly, professional and genuinely asked if something else was needed.

  Ordered on the app about 15 seconds before hitting the drive thru. My wife and I were leaving the drive thru with our food in less than two minutes with fresh breakfast. Haven't always had a good experience at this location but they were a well oiled machine this morning!

  This McDonald's is one of the most consistently frustrating restaurants I've visited. Every single time, the waiting spaces are full because orders take far longer than they should. This isn't a one-time issue—it's a pattern. Order accuracy is another major problem. It's disappointing to wait that long only to discover your order was made incorrectly. While mistakes happen, they shouldn't be happening this often. The customer service is equally disappointing. Employees seem far more interested in carrying on loud personal conversations in the kitchen than paying attention to the customers standing in the lobby waiting to be helped. Those conversations are loud enough to hear clearly from the counter, which comes across as unprofessional and gives the impression that customers are an afterthought. The biggest issue appears to be management. Busy hours aren't a surprise—they happen every day. Management knows when the rush is coming, yet the restaurant still seems understaffed and unprepared. Better scheduling, better leadership, and proper preparation would solve many of these problems. As a Christian, I believe everyone deserves grace, and I know fast food is difficult work. This review isn't written to tear anyone down but to encourage accountability. Whatever you do, do it with excellence. Right now, this location is falling far short of that standard, and until something changes, I can't recommend it.
