  Do you like a McDonald’s where none of the employees talk to you or even acknowledge that your waiting in line, well look no further than this McDonald’s, I can totally see why this place has under a 3 star rating, will never be back to this rachet mcdonald

  Been to this location twice during breakfast. Spent "OVER 40 MINUTES TWICE "here for " MY ORDER TO ARRIVE" SAME "CRUDDY SERVICE" BOTH TIMES. I called the phone number on the WINDOW VARIOUS TIMES & NO REPLY from THE FRANCHISEE. OTHER CUSTOMERS were complaining for the SAME REASONS, others because they found plastic on their EGGS With the money I spent at this McCRAPPY'S twice I would've gotten a BETTER DEAL, SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and BETTER FOOD from DENNY'S. "I DID NOT ONCE GET an APOLOGY from THEM." Apparently the OWNER(S) of this FRANCHISE LOCATION worry more about numbers than CUSTOMERS or even the CUSTOMERS NEEDS. The 1st I came there it was on SATURDAY 4-23-2026. 50 MINUTE "WAIT TIME" & I dropped almost $30 there only for them to MESS UP MY ORDER. CUSTOMERS WERE FURIOUS because of the DELAYS due to the CREW'S INATTENTION or INABILITIES to READ SIMPLE ORDERS. The CREW appeared to "HAVE LEAD ON THEIR FEET " (SLOW MOVING) on BOTH VISITS. THERE "WAS NO COMMUNICATION amongst the CREW" 2nd visit here was on MONDAY 5-11-2026 (also for BREAKFAST) "SAME RESULT as MY PREVIOUS VISIT THERE. In my opinion, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE & MORE VIGILANT in LEADING THEIR CREW from constant issues such as these. If MANAGEMENT "CAN'T DO THAT then THEY THEMSELVES SHOULD BE DEMOTED, RETRAINED or FIRED" The CREW NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED and or TERMINATED for THEIR INABILITIES or UNWILLINGNESS to WORK in such an ESTABLISHMENT as this. The BIGGEST INSULT to ME was "THEIR INABILITY (including MANAGEMENT) TO EVEN APOLOGIZE for BOTH of THESE MISHAPS" TOTALLY DISGUSTED!!! "DON'T EVER COME HERE DURING BREAKFAST 🥞 HOURS!!!

  I stop for a morning big breakfast. I was surprised how dirty this place looks. And how as a customer you'll get ignored by employees just passing by, I guess they pay attention more to drive thru customer.
