I have been going to this McDonald's for years and have never experienced the kind of customer service like today...sadly I believe it was the manager (not sure) at the window who gave me my food. I hope the poor service was because new employees were being trained. To start with: the person collecting money opened the window with no greeting, no thank you or anything polite, she said the amount I owed, I paid her, and as she gave me my change she said "here you go" (I really think she was in training-in her defense) ...as I'm waiting behind another vehicle to pick up my food, this person (AGAIN, I really think she was a manager) gives my food to the person ahead of me, who then goes through the bag to determine, apparently, it's not what he ordered, then she (the lady at the window) gives him the correct food and when I get to the window, gives me the same bag of food she had given the guy ahead of me...I ask "Did you give the person ahead of me my food, she ignored me and asked what I ordered, I told her, she closed the window, and in 2 seconds handed me the same bag...THIS WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I hope this message gets to the proper management so something can be done about the bad customer service that was given today 5/19/26 between 10:30 and 11AM..
This place makes a sit down restaurant feel like fast food. Drive a few miles out of your way and go to a different location. You'll probably get your food faster and will be home sooner.

Hadn't been to McDonald's for awhile, so was craving the Big Mac and fries. This location is close to home, so went here. Used app, and waited a while in the waiting area. We figured it was taking long because food would be fresh. We were a bit disappointed that the fries weren't fresh and hot. The ones that were crisp seemed like they had been sitting awhile. Big Mac tasted alright, but there's many better burgers out there. For the price, we expected better.
Yet another McDonalds that has adopted the “pull forward and wait” mentality. (Even when there is no one else behind you.) Strongly suggest any other of the restaurant's around it as they are still using the drive throughs as a faster way to get your lunch and go.
Do not do curbside pick up here. They will not bring out your food you have to go inside to get it. They will complete your order and take it your money and they won't start working on your order till you come inside. If you don't come inside they just pocket your money.
