  I ordered two egg McMuffins. They come with a round egg, cheese and Canadian bacon. I add regular bacon and spicy sauce which you pay extra for. It costs me over $8 per sandwich. This morning I got hard McMuffins, cheese and hard dry bacon. It’s ridiculous.

  Only reason I went to McDonald's was for fries and a pie , I don't like McDonald's food period.

  If you enjoy being ignored...this place is for you. Drive thru was getting 5 star service, but those of us inside ...ignored. How bad was the service? Let me count the ways..no table numbers, no receipt, waited 20 minutes for our order...and inside wasn't busy, had to ask for our cups, one coke machine didnt have ice, lobby and play area had a funky odor. When we finally got out food...sandwiches weren't wrapped and sliding apart, one had a hair, it was wrong. Given we had a small child with us, we made due and ate what we got. The ONLY reason we came to this one was because of the playground. Smh.

  We were very disappointed with our recent experience. Our order was incorrect, and we were charged for items we never received. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, our concerns were not properly addressed. What was most frustrating was that the general manager would not come speak with us directly. Instead, an employee was sent to communicate on their behalf, which made us feel dismissed rather than valued as customers. We left unsatisfied, not just because of the billing issue, but because of the lack of accountability and customer service. We hope management takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve communication and service in the future.

  The drive thru guy always be giving attitude this is the second time he took my order and gave me an attitude. I don't know his name but he has curly hair one time when I was paying he was chewing gum and then rolled his eyes and he always has an exaggerated sighs which is really unprofessional. Don’t work at a service job if you’re going to be unkind, one star for the nice lady who gave me my food!
