- MMMarina MoonSep 20, 20261.0I bought banana bread and it tasted like soap. I was not sure if I needed to take it back or just throw it away.
- SSSteve ScottSep 9, 20265.0Great selection, and in house barbeque!
- JBJoel BoswellSep 8, 20265.0Y’all. This was my first time having lunch here. Food was great. Prices even better. I got the stuffed bbq baked potato and it was delicious. All of the folks I had interactions with were wonderful. Miss Betty had the eating area with the tables spotless. Not a crumb one to be found.
- VBVicky BurtonSep 6, 20265.0Beautiful clean store with an amazing variety of products.
- DEDonnisha EdwardsAug 31, 20261.0If I could rate them a zero I would. The asset protection guy named Johnathan is prejudice and needs to be replaced. He does not have no professional customer service experience. Long story short I was flagged for not scanning free chips with my barbecue sandwich meal that was $6. No where in store says that the chips have to be rung up. So while I explained about the chips and my first time being at Smok’d. He proceeds to ask to check my other chips with the cashier even when I showed him they have been scanned and then asked for the cashier to check my chicken also. Then he got mad when I asked to speak to the store manager and corporate. By telling me to do whatever I need to do instead of just getting the information. So yes they have messed with the wrong lady! I will never shop at another United store in life. Graduated from Tascosa and raised here and never been treated like I’m stealing groceries.
