  This location is right by my house, so we order pretty often. We usually go for dine in or delivery. Usually we run into no issues. Tonight however, things were off. I put in an online order 3 sandwiches, 4 bags of chips, 2 drinks to be in store pickup. The drinks were not given upon pickup, which is a half & half problem on JJ & my husband. Then, names were not on sandwiches. Usually when I order delivery we have our names on them because I know what everyone likes. When I'm not home, it's easy for me to send food and have them grab their names. Not call me to ask which sandwich they normally get. There were no names on them tonight, just sandwich code. Lastly, the one sandwich I needed cut in half, was not cut in half. I'm not sure if standards have lowerd, if in a rush, or just c shift working, but we are a bit disappointed. We will be back, but hopefully it's back to where it used to be.

  i made an online order and didn’t get the extra toppings i paid for, my chips were substituted and i didn’t receive my drink either.

  Amazing customer service! An employee saw me about to walk in and literally opened the door for me! The food was fresh and delicious.

  They didn't have any bread baked so I got no food at all....

  I payed extra for extra toppings and did not get any... bread was hard the cheese was hard and disgusting....
